worst experience and customer service. firstly, i waited 10 minutes at the speaker box before someone asked for my order. then, once i got to the window, the window person took my credit card and then proceeded to have conversations with his coworkers for 3 minutes before handing me back my card. furthermore, i requested ranch for my order and when i received my bag, there was no ranch, so i kindly asked the person at the window for some ranch and the lady behind him made a smart comment, "it's may I, not can I" and then gave me a single ranch when i asked for atleast 2. overall, terrible experience.

Fresh food and good value. It's been a long time since you could get a 99 cent doublestack or order of nuggets. Still their $6 biggie bag is a good

I've done several mobile orders and everytime many items are wrong. Last night my entire order was wrong. This Wendy's will not get your food right and the staff do not care to help you. I work in fast food, I get its difficult and it sucks, but you still need to be helpful and nice...its customer service 101.
