“I would like to think the managers at the Wendy's on fourth Street in Charlottesville Virginia if I can remember their names were Courtney and Fred I came in with A teen I want to say the restaurant was very clean from the lobby to the restroom which was very pleasing and accommodating to myself as well as my team the person at the cashier was very polite and ran things expeditiouslyMyse myself and my team would like to thank the manager Fred and Courtney for an outstanding crew and as well as their performance as managers jumping in and helping out I would recommend anyone to the Wendy's on fourth Street food is hot fresh aunties great friendly kind respectful and fast service so if you're looking for breakfast lunch or dinner I would definitely recommend the Wendy's on fourth Street in Charlottesville Virginia again Courtney and Mr. Fred continue to do what y'all are doing yourself as well as your crew members look great and again me and my team greatly appreciate you all“
“FIRST TIME WE HAVE BEEN BACK SINCE COVID CAME ALONE TO EAT INSIDE ! WENT THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH ONE DAY ASK ABOUT A BACK POTATO SAID IT WAS FRESH JUST TAKEN OUT OF THE OVEN.I GOT HOME AND THAT BACK POTATO WAS SO BLACK INSIDE IT HAD BEEN SETTING THERE ALL DAY LONG .I CALLED THEM ABOUT IT AND WAS TOLD THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO ABOUT IT. SO THIS IS THE FIRST TIME WE HAVE BEEN BACK THERE AND THEY HAD 2 POTATOES LEFT & THIS WAS ABOUT 5 PM OR AROUND THERE .I ASKED THEM HOW LONG HAD THEY BEEN SETTING THERE & I TOLD THEM WHAT HAPPENED THE LAST TIME I ORDERED ONE .. THE LAST 2 WE GOT TODAY WAS GOOD BUT ASKED FOR SHREDDED CHEESE AND PAID FOR EXTRA CHEESE , BUTTER AND SOUR CREAM.. BECAUSE I HATE GETTING DOWN TO THE LAST PART OF THE POTATO AND IT DRY AS CRAP.THE FOOD WAS ACTUALLY VERY GOOD..THE CHEESEBURGER & CHICKEN SANDWICH LOOKS LIKE IT'S GOTTEN SMALLER.. BUT THEY GOT EVERYTHING RIGHT ON THEM FOR ONCE.A LITTLE STINGY WITH CHEESE SAUCE THAT I MADE DO WITH EXTRA BUTTER AND SOUR CREAM. SO IT WAS A LOT BETTER THAN I EXPECTED..WILL BE GOING BACK.HOPEFULLY THE BAKE POTATOES WILL BE GOOD THEN ALSO ALONE WITH WHATEVER ELSE WE ORDER.
