“Stopped in to get a ice cream treat did not plan to review. The young kid who helped me at the counter was such a breath of fresh air that I had to post. When I stepped up to the counter I told him I needed a minute to decide and he stepped away letting me decide. When I said I was ready he took my order promptly and was friendly. He was happy to help me and did not act like I was bothering him. I will stop in again when I pass through Chase City.In the days after covid it is nice to be treated as a valued customer again.“
“We had a great experience! Big shout out to Cynthia & Davonte!We are a family of 6 and needed to stop to grab a bite to eat after being on the road. It was about 9pm when we all walked in restaurant, and they greeted us with smiling faces and we felt very welcome! The restaurant was very clean (as well as the bathrooms). After we started ordering for our family, 6 more people came in-Cynthia & Davonte didn’t miss a beat and provided friendly, quick, and professional service without making anyone feel like they were an inconvenience (which is unusual now a days). After we sat down to eat, we needed a few things and they didn’t hesitate to assist us, even though they had to put gloves back on.Thank you for a great dinner after a long day!
