“I have always ranked Arby's up there with Chick-fil-A when it comes to customer service and food quality. I stand by my comments. The only thing that I can say negatively is that not everyone's customer service skills are as good as others. Arby's needs to pinpoint those who need to work on their customer service and work on that with them. Food is always hot and delicious. Prices are slightly more than other places but well worth the extra money.“

“Nice experience with staff. The Omelet Biscuit sandwich was delicious. The biscuit that went with the gravy was hard as a rock and the gravy seemed watered down to me. Biscuits and gravy is the staple reason that I go to Hardee's for breakfast. Not pleased with the biscuit and gravy. Over all experience was OK. Certainly room for improvement but I didn't leave hungry.“

“For the first time in 45 years, I've witnessed the Mcdonald experience and I'm lovin it! The mobile purchasing food is all new to me, today I had a big mac and it looked and taste exactly as it was advertised on television. I must reiterate: THAT WAS THE BEST BIG MAC MEAL I EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!“

“The food is definitely hot and fresh. My only complaint is that out of 3 employees only 1 was doing the work. The young lady was waiting on the customers, answering the phones and preparing the orders. The other 2 employees were in the back playing around and on their phones.“

“I do most of my ordering through the Subway app and picking up from the Blackstone location is great. They always bring my order out soon as I check in, my order is always made correctly. All of the employees I have interacted seem friendly. The town I live in has a Subway but it is so horrible I come to the Blackstone location instead. Only down side to this location they never participate in the deals offered on the app.“

“Had to wait just a few minutes but I could see how the crew was working. I'm glad I waited. Me and my fiancè were coming here for lunch after a long drive and the place was clean and the food looked exactly how it does in the pictures. On my receipt, it says the cashier's name was Schreal. I didn't ask if it was the gentleman's name because he was assisting others as I was walking out. But he was wonderful!! Very sweet and excellent for customer service for the wait we had and how many people were in the restaurant and also in the drive thru. My fiancè even said he was happy. I really liked the atmosphere we had received.“

“Here's another fast food chain, it's good, and made fresh. I chose the small meal for $6 it included a choice of burger, 4 chicken nuggets, fries and a drink! Not a bad price and enough food to keep that hungry feeling away. Staff don't say much but are helpful, service is good and pretty quick.“
