We've been eating here at least once a week for years, usually even more. Unfortunately, the new owner told us today that he does not offer crackers anymore for two reasons. First, he said that they would go stale. That is an issue that could easily be solved with good inventory management. Just buy smaller quantities, even if it meant you run out every once in a while. Did both take out and eat in recently. I grew up in NJ and this is the best basic offering in our area…I have tried them all nearby over the years. Good crust, ample toppings and not overly salted (a common problem around here). It’s not brick oven or ‘gourmet’ but as good as the best you can find.
