My fiancé and I ordered 2 LARGE Ruben meals. we got rang up for 2 MEDIUM meals. Everyone had their AirPods and headphones on, the cashier that rang us up didn’t greet us or anything! She was FaceTiming someone on her phone while taking our order! We are so unhappy with the customer service! We would like our money back if possible! Or a free meal for both of us!

Typical fast food restaurants, misrepresenting their sandwiches with over stuffed pictures. I ordered the Ruben sandwich. NOTHING like the picture displayed on the the menu, only One (1) slice of meat covering maybe half the bread, that’s being generous. A blob of sauerkraut all in one small spot, the only thing covering the whole bread is the sauce. The only thing good was the marble rye bread. The curly fries, was a long wait, they were crispy and fresh, that’s a plus. It’s been years since my last visit to an ARBY’s, it will be twice that if I ever return.

The Arby's in Chesapeake (Taylor Rd) always have a clean, friendly environment and the food is always fresh and hot. The Mint Chocolate Chip milkshake gives me life. ?
Ordered 2 for $6 mix and match 1 fish& cheddar 1 classic roast beef received 2 crispy fish returned then received same crispy fish and classic roast beef both very sloppily made won't
Don't eat here unless you want food poisoning. I ordered about $30 worth of food and my chicken sandwich was raw. I didn't know medium rare chicken was an option. The whole meal was ruined since the sandwich was the last thing I started to eat I ended up getting food poisoning and throwing up everything that I ate before that. Went to get a refund and was told I could only get a refund for the chicken sandwich. $30 of food wasted and only $8 refunded. I will never eat at Arby's again and will warm my friends about this location.
