“This is a great place for a late breakfast or early lunch. Nothing has really chaged since I visited as a child or as my father visited when he was a kid. Its a small area in the rear of a drug store. Seats about 20-30. Make sure to try a float or milkshake. We normally just get burgers or hotdogs.“
“I have just got off work from working a 13 hour shift hungry it was just a last-minute thought to go out and pick up breakfast seen this place as I was passing by decided to stop which was a good idea since the service was good and the food was good. Had a simple dish eggs over easy bacon, toast and potatoes.“
“Love this breakfast spot. They have been here for yearsss. Good comfort food. Very American traditional breakfast. Good sweet tea and pink lemonade. I had the French toast, sausage links, eggs. Was delicious. Husband had a turkey club on white toast with breakfast potatoes.Notes: parking is tight. There is extra parking in the back. Also, they only accept CASH. They have an ATM up front if needed though.“
“Loved the breakfast and absolutely loved the mimosas! I had a bagel breakfast sandwich with egg, bacon, cheese and avocado, and it was amazing. It was a big sandwich and it was cooked perfectly and I loved the options they have to add what you want to your sandwiches. I had the mango orange mimosa and it was amazing too. I will definitely be going back when I'm back in that area.“
“I love their menu. They make that little extra effort by adding grains into pancakes and having beet juice juice mimosas for example. I ordered a regular eggs Benny with the side salad. Overall it was good. I tend to like my hollandaise less lemony and the eggs were not cooked the same. One was runny and one was harder. I prefer runny so I mean if I'm nitpicking then i wish they both were runny lol so that's my 4 star over 5 I guess because I didn't loveee what I got. But I would definitely go back and try other options for sure. Service was excellent, welcoming and kind.“
“Linda, the Older Lady, is Always My Server we Sot every Saturday at the bar like Area Towrd the Back. I really enjoy this spot each weekend. Good food with good service and always leave woth a full belly for a good priceKid-friendliness: They Love the Kids“
“Russell immediately made us feel welcome at around 4am, greeting us at the door, cooking our breakfast and waiting on us. He made sure we had all that we needed. Meanwhile he provided conversation and comfort to a lonely widowed man "RPM" who was drinking coffee and feeding the jukebox, (a regular I assume). The food was good but it almost didn't matter because of the warm friendly atmosphere. He probably could have served anything and it would have all seemed great because you could feel the warmth and friendliness all around you.Kid-friendliness: booths and stools, no alcohol served.“
“This was a good waffle house. I thought the service was decent. I did initially notice that my eggs were a little overdone, but the cook included an extra set of perfectly cooked eggs underneath. It's a normal favorite chain for me. I wish I had one here in San Antonio!“
“I had been craving Waffle House for a little while. My visit exceeded all my expectations! And the atmosphere was comfortable.Parking: Several parking spots; all very near the entrance.Kid-friendliness: Children are always welcome at Waffle House!Wheelchair accessibility: No issues here that I could see...“
“Amazing breakfasts! Service is on point. This place can be quite busy, but the service staff is unbelievably efficient and unfailingly pleasant. The menu offers an elevated experience, with the usual omelettes and menu items exceeding expectations. Prices are more than fair, and you won't leave hungry!“
