I go to Starbucks all the time and this one is super close to my house. I was going every morning and using the app. However, I feel like you had to stand on your head to get their attention just to ask for your drink. There's always a line just to pick up your mobile order and the people won't even look in that direction. It's incredibly annoying; one time I stood there a few minutes and couldn't get the girls attention and watched people go order and get their drinks before me and several others who were also standing waiting for our mobile orders (our drinks were already done... we could literally see them), I went and waited in the regular line and when she asked for my order I told her I had a mobile order and she presented my drink. It is ridiculous. Luckily there is no shortage of Starbucks in the area so I have found that even though the traffic is worse at the Battlefield location, at least the people are nice and I don't have to wait forever for someone to even acknowledge me.
