This is the nicest starbucks I've ever been to. The customer service is awesome and they do a great job making your coffee the way you want it. I live in hampton and you don't see service like this over there. Always a great experience here!
Everyone was exceptionally polite but Store manager Michelle & A wonderful lady I met in the drive through by the name of Suzanne were amazing!!! Top tier customer service all the way around ! Great job !!

Gavin and Trista were working the drive-thru windows when I picked up coffees today and yesterday, respectively. These young folks give my hope about our country's future. Consumate professionals, super courteous and respectful, and customer service oriented are just a few words that come to kind. They set the bar high for all fooks in the food industry service.
