I've been here the past 3 Thursdays' and it's been the same staff each time, they are a lovely bunch. They're welcoming, helpful and kind. I usually stay a bit to get some work done and it's a pleasure to watch them work together and just vibe with each other. It makes for a great atmosphere and environment to be in.Starbucks is always a great constant on drinks and food but having a great staff is definitely what makes the experience!
This Starbucks is the only one in the Kemps River/Indian River Road area, nearest one is further down Kempsville Road and Princess Anne. Always busy at this Starbucks, long drive thru line moves pretty quickly. My friend and I walked in, we were greeted with a smile. Place is clean and bright/well lit. Does not seem to have a lot of tables maybe meant to truly be more of a drive thru. I ordered the Pink Drink (strawberry refresher with coconut milk) . Just the right amount of...read full review
