This is the worst service experience ever. After placing an online order that was scheduled to be ready at 11am, it was not ready until 25 minutes later. Part of the order was missing. When I asked about the missing waffles, I had to pull up my receipt as opposed to them just reviewing the online order on their end. They made the waffles but they were still wrong. One was supposed to be pecan and the other plain. 30 minutes and $50 later I have the wrong meal and two all star specials that are Luke warm. When I finally get home, I can’t even eat the scrambled eggs with cheese because every bite has egg shells and the grits look like they have been sitting for a while. I understand being busy, but if you do not have capacity to take online orders and fully complete the order timely and make with quality, then the feature off!

I have eaten here many times over the past year or so. Today was my worst experience, but I don't want to focus my review on just that aspect. Today, my eggs, over easy were actually cold. I am not sure how to explain it as I was pretty sure I watched things move from the grill to my table, but they were cold. Waited well over half an hour for two standard orders.In my many times visiting this location, I have been there very early in the morning, to very late in the morning, mostly on the weekends. What I have observed for this location is that it is very busy. They have lots of customers in the restaurant eating, and a steady stream of customers coming in to pick up to-go orders. Therein lies the problem with this specific location. It seems that priority is given to the to-go orders at the expense of the folks at tables. I have watched it time and time again that the working space for food is taken up by large to-go or many to-go boxes. First world problems for a restaurant I know, but over time I have heard more and more customers around me complaining about the amount of time it takes for them to meet their server and ultimately receive their meal. I believe that now the tipping point has been crossed where it simply doesn't make good sense if you have an agenda for the day to dine in at this location. You're actually better off ordering to-go and getting your food on time.I don't think it's feasible, but to the owner(s) a balance needs to be struck or perhaps a seperate prep and packaging area needs to be considered in order to keep up the pace. Perhaps dedicating staff to those orders is another plan of attack. Your staff can be hit or miss with their friendliness - and I would be too if I worked in the same type environment. I take into consideration their stress level with trying to balance things, and I always leave them a tip. I do plan to continue to visit this location, but I will try and stick to the much earlier morning hours before most folks are up and around.

The cook @ the Western Branch location can 'really' cook! Everything I ordered was cook to perfection! The waitress 'Linda' was extremely nice & efficient! The restaurant was clean!Parking: Handicap parking is also available.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I came off a 12-hour shift to get some breakfast from one of my favorite places, I simply ordered a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich on Texas toast but I specifically asked for scrambled eggs rather than a fried egg on my sandwich my server understood and wrote it down on the ticket. When I received my food it was a fried egg on my sandwich and I let the server know it’s not scrambled, so I asked could I have the sandwich remade since I’m paying what I was asking for. I overheard the cook tell the server in a rude manner that he's not remaking anything, like he didn't mess up my order. The server asked the manager on the shift and the manager AND the cook said they couldn’t remake the sandwich but only give me scrambled eggs for the sandwich with a snobby attitude. I asked “why would I pile scrambled eggs on top of my fried egg bacon sandwich?” They made the mistake and simply couldn’t fix what could have been an easy fix. 0/5 if I could! That manger and cook was so unprofessional, how do you expect me to pay for something I didn’t order!

The food was amazing, always is. We waited 13 minutes and no one had came by the table or even made eye contact with us. So I went to the counter and the lady was extremely rude and had zero customer service skills. I simply stated we’d need waiting about 15 minutes and if anyone was waiting our table (corner table). She said he is and he know, and I said clearly he doesn’t because he’s seen us over there so can you at least let him know. You’d think she’d say “my apologize I’ll let him know and he’ll be right over”. He was swamped and he apologized probably 5x while we were there and he genuinely didn’t see us. He was amazing once he came over. Customer service just isn’t what it use to be.

Made my online order at 11:47am on a Saturday morning. Online they said my order would be ready at 12:07pm. I arrived at 11:55 am because I didn’t want my food to sit and get cold. Went in told the waitress my order as they are calling my order out. The waitress said it wasn’t quite ready yet. I waited 10 more minutes as i asked and watched my food get cold. I should’ve took my chances ordering at the counter. They put the food to the side for online orders…
