“Had a great evening at The Taphouse. The beer selection was great with lots of local brews to choose from. We had the Sloggy Pants juicy IPA, the barrel aged cream ale and the Belgian Strong ale. All were good. For our meals we had the fish n chips, Mississippi roast panini and the old bay wings. All were good. The panini should have more meat in it to make it amazing. The service was great. Jess was bartending and waiting tables. She did an amazing job and was very personable. All together a relaxed chill vibe with good food and good beer. We were traveling through from DC back to Louisiana. Will definitely look to come back when passing through.“

“So on vacation and we decided to go to Chili's for lunch! Those baby back ribs are to die for! I mean the flavor was on point. Tastes like dad's bbq! We also had the combination plate of tacos! Steak, trip and chicken, one word...YUMMY!!! They had an awesome spread of avocado, sour cream and salsa! The tortillas are normally severed cold at places but Chili's were warm and ready to eat! I wish I would have taken pics but I didn't. Overall.... 10/10!!!!!Then, my game was on and we asked the waiter nicely to change the channel to the game, boy was he on it! “Had dinner with my parents tonight at Soshel Bistro and it was awesome. The food was fast and tasty and extremely reasonably priced. Frozen margaritas were $5 and the DJ was killing it with reggae and some throwback tunes. The waitress and the owner were very kind and the service was second to none. Great way to kick off my birthday weekend. Highly recommend!“

“Nice little place down the road from the PX. They do not serve food so eat before or after. You can have pizza delivered. Bar Tenders are nice and you can get your drinks as soon as you walk in, assuming an entire unit hasn't taken over the place. Most nights are quiet unless a unit decides to make it their gathering place for the night. There is a bunch of outside seating and plenty of parking.P.S. Best Whiskey Sours I've had in a while.“
“Patrick's is a longstanding pillar of Southside, a smoky dive bar atmosphere packed with heart and soul. This place honestly captured my heart because the food was amazing and the people were so much more.Sit at the bar, order a cheeseburger, and talk to the regulars about their lives. “I've been here two times and both were really fun. The bartender and other staff are friendly, funny, and helpful. On New Years they gave out complimentary champagne at midnight. The drinks are cheaper than most places. The pool table is coin operated and they have darts. The food is what you would expect from a dive bar and is extremely affordable. I plan on taking a lot of my friends here.“
