I called at 6:13 to place an order. Nisha let me know out the gate that they close in 40 minutes and cannot complete my order and they will not drop any more chicken.... so we called Popeyes and gave them our $. Why do these ppl at this location always sound rude and so efin unhappy to have a job?? Shame on you Nisha, you're lazy and allowing employees the entitlement of just not taking orders after 6. You should not be in mngmnt position if you are!! DO BETTER!!!

I gave a 2 bc the young man explained it w/o any attitude. We stopped in for a 8 pc . We were told they only have wings and breast cuz the truck doesn't come with the legs and thighs until tomorrow. $21+ and I can't have my choice. SAD! THIS IS THE REASON I eat at Home. We waked out.

BIG mama!!

I have had the worst experience at this Bojangles the last 3 times coming here so finally I said it's time for a review. This time I ordered a supreme chicken rice bowl. Get to the window and she tells me they are out of biscuits till tomorrow.(Because the bowl comes with a biscuit) Then I wait 11 mins pull off and check my bowl bc last time they completly forgot to add the beans in the bowl welp they did this time too. I go back through the line tell the manager and she said they had to wait 15 mins to cook the beans and did I want a side to replace. Ok fine I got a different side so I am sitting waiting at the window for an additional 9 mins and finally I look in the window and the manager is just chilling writing on papers or something. She comes to the window and I said ma'am I am still waiting. She said nothing and goes to get the mash potatoes. 3 minutes later comes back and I said well ma'am I may as well have just waited for the beans are they almost done I'd rather have them. Then she changes her story and says " oh naw we ain't got no beans " I said well you said y'all were cooking them. She then changes her story says "oh naw we ain't got none in the store". I don't know what's up with Bojangles ever since they changed their hours to 7am-7pm it's gone downhill.

4 time trying to get food here, no cars on the lot yet it takes 10mins to order and they never have food, staff is rude! Just hanging out! Big party no work! Still wondering how this location is still in business! Not up to par compared to other bojangle location! Just shut it down! Just lazy workers doing nothing!

Order was wrong, missing item. They "fixed" it. Still not correct. Employee had attitude. They were out of side items. Not the best experience. Fried chicken and the side I did get were good.

My father’s funeral was Monday February 26, 2024. My family was coming for fellowship afterwards and we ordered chicken online. I had a family friend stop to pick it up. I sent her a screenshot of the order. When she arrived a less than kind employee told her that someone already picked up the order. She said the person that came in had a printed receipt and they do not accept pictures of receipts. My friend put me on the phone and I explained the circumstances of my fathers passing and she said she didn’t know what to tell me the order was fulfilled they did their part if wanted more chicken we would have to pay for it. First of all we never received our order she personally gave it to someone else. She did not care about the circumstances it had nothing to do with them. She said if you would you like to place another order otherwise she didn’t know what to tell me. I told her that she was lying about someone bringing in a printed receipt for my order, because they would have had to get in my personal email and print it. And why would someone go through all of that trouble to steal chicken. She was covering herself because she gave out a huge order by mistake. At this point I just wanted a refund. She hung up on me. Several members of our family tried to speak with her to resolve the situation. I was too emotional to try to argue with someone about a chicken order. But she hung up on everyone and showed no compassion and she refused us a refund.

When they got my order, they gave me no receipt, and then they missed one of the three items. I was in a hurry so I couldn't even go back for it. I've also had times where they take way too long for an order.

This location constantly gets my orders wrong and the one time I tried to get missing food when I returned they told me my name was not written in the book even though I called the same day to report it was missing and they told me it was written down and they had not and gave me a hard time about replacing my food and left without getting it and was told the next morning when I called the store to complain about the situation that I could come get it. Why should I have to drive up a second time to get something I paid for and did not recieve. The store Manger knows nothing about good customer service and the General Manager hung up on me when I spoke to her.
