“Many menu options and the prices are reasonable. he sauces for their wings are delicious and put Buffalo Wild Wings to shame. I will say the only down side recently is that if you go during the weekend around lunch time it is pretty difficult to find parking due to a First Watch opening up in the same shopping center. So just be prepared for that.“
“During our recent visit to Fort Gregg-Adam, a familiar spot from my time as a Young Marine, my family and I decided to explore the area for a soul food restaurant and stumbled upon Croakers. This restaurant is conveniently located in an older part of downtown.Upon entering Croakers, we were not greeted right away, but the staff informed us of the wait time, which we were okay with. The restaurant had a charming decor, spacious layout, and appeared to be well-maintained and popular. Once we were seated, we noticed that our waitress could benefit from some additional training to be more attentive to the customers. The highlight of our experience was the delicious food! Although the chicken wings could use more seasoning, the cornbread, in particular, was delightful with its sweet flavor. Cabbage and the mashed potato were very tasty, also. Our son, stated the garlic bread to be overly salty, but his shrimp fettuccine was delicious, and my husband, who is a huge seafood lover, suggested the portion size of the catfish could be a bit more generous, a larger catfish would be quite enjoyable! However, the food was served hot and satisfying.Overall, our visit to Croakers was pleasant, and we would consider returning. It would be great if the wait staff received further training in hospitality and customer engagement to enhance the overall experience for guests.“
“First and foremost: this is a kosher dairy restaurant inside a bingo and poker hall. Kosher restaurants don't serve meat and dairy together so you won't find any "grill" food here. However, as a kosher traveler I was really happy to find this place (the only kosher restaurant in the area). The service was really good, the server was super nice and attentive. I had a Caesar salad with grilled salmon and it was very good. This place was just what I needed after living off of snacks for the better part of a week without access to a kosher restaurant. I would definitely come back if I were in the area again...thank you for being here!“
“I've been here two times and both were really fun. The bartender and other staff are friendly, funny, and helpful. On New Years they gave out complimentary champagne at midnight. The drinks are cheaper than most places. The pool table is coin operated and they have darts. The food is what you would expect from a dive bar and is extremely affordable. I plan on taking a lot of my friends here.“
“Warm and friendly atmosphere for all ages. Plenty of pool tables, skills games, tap & wine options, great food, smoking & non-smoking rooms, and variety of music options available too. They also feature karaoke, special DJ's, and a variety of feature bands on special occasions. All around good neighborhood spot to have fun, eat good, or to just chill with a glass of wine if that's your thing. I give it 5 STARS for atmosphere, fun, great management & super friendly staff.“
“I was in the area for a meeting, and the security guard at the meeting location suggested this place. We were there at around 11 am on a weekday, so it was slow and quiet. I imagine it can get loud when there are more people there. It took a few minutes to get seated. I had the salmon with green beans. Both were really good. No complaints from anyone else in our party. Ok place for a nice lunch.Dietary restrictions: I asked for double green beans and no potatoes, and they obliged.“
“It’s a sports bar with an Irish pub theme. Food is good service is fairly fast. Comparable to a Hooters restaurant given the outfits. However the servers arent just a pretty face, these girls are speedy and on the spot with beverages and checking on you.. As with all restaurants today, more servers and kitchen staff would help service times. But overall it has been a a really good experience.“
“My dinner was great. Food was delicious. They put a lime slice in my salsa with the spinach artichoke dip appetizer and it was a nice touch. Spinach dip and salsa was amazing as always. My bourbon street chicken and shrimp was bomb, along with the Bahama mama. My server Kendra was a sweetheart. Will definitely be back.“
“Went by for the first time today and had lunch. The food was spectacular (onion rings, honey mustard chicken sandwich and the hot honey chicken sandwich). Everything tasted and looked extremely fresh. They were rocking and rolling with what looked like only 1 server and 1 cook but no issues on that front, still in and out in under an hour. We will definitely be back to try drinks next time around.“
