I asked if it was mayo based, and was told no. I really dislike mayo, and it was slathered all over the patty. Even after wiping it off, it was too much.The fries are somewhere between a small and a medium, a couple more would've been appreciated.The pickles are really thick, but you only get two on your sandwich. A 50% thinner cut with an extra pickle or two would've gone a long way on getting the taste on every biteI'll definitely go back, but will probably try the Chicken Waffles instead of the sandwich. He was cleaning up, so I wasn't sure if he was still taking orders, and when I asked, he said it depends on what you are ordering. So I went for quick burgers even though I wanted chicken. Soon after, someone else came and ordered, and I started talking with them about the food, and the customer said the chicken, cheesesteaks, and crispy chicken sandwich are all amazing. I responded jokingly, saying, "Well, I wanted chicken." To my surprise, when Tray handed me my food, he said he also had a few wings for me to try on the house. Now I'm really excited! Thanks, Tray!! Now, for the taste test... Those wings were just what I needed. Tastes like some good ole home fried chicken. Just what this area needs! The burger was delicious as well. The sauce on the burger makes it. I think it was the same sauce that was on the side for the chicken, but I used it for the fries, which was bomb! The fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside with the right amount of salt. We devoured everything and will definitely be back to try the other menu items. Like all the branches south of it, this Cook Out has a little something for everyone's tastes at a reasonable price. “Subway is a go to staple of mine. Today due to many factors I needed to buy lunch and was on 123. I saw this subway and pulled in. First off they greeted me as I entered. Nice touch. The store was adequately staffed and turning sandwiches fast. Everyone was friendly and professional. I ordered the subway club which is thankfully back on the menu. When I started eating my sandwich the first thing I noticed was the roll. This was much better then any subway I have been to. The roll had a nice crust and was soft and fluffy on the inside like it should be. “The burgers are better than most places however they put tons of mayonnaise or cream sauce on them which they left on even when I asked for sauces on the side. At a later time I asked for no mayonnaise, ketchup mustard on the side, and they put the ketchup/mustard on the burgers themselves. They put too much sauce- and the mustard appeared to be Dijon mustard or another type of mustard which really didn't go well with the burger. The gyro here is decent but it is stuffed with too many veggies or things besides the traditional lettuce, tomato, and onion. The gyro meat is a lot greasier than most gyro places so I am wondering if they fry it or add some oils to it- most places have the rotating cone for gyro meat but they might be making it differently here. The burger patties are fairly thin but you do get a double patty burger.“
