I have not been to a Panera Bread in awhile, but I had a gift card so I took advantage of that when I saw this location while I was running errands. It was around 11:30 am, and it would've been hard to get a table; however I was ordering takeout. While Panera has self-ordering kiosks, my gift card needed a human because it was digital, so I stepped up to the counter to order. The guy who took my order was kind and patient. I went to here today morning before my church with my family. I was waiting for my husband on table. Table was a little dirty but, then a man, staff who has beard ,cleaned it right away and said how are you with nice smile. It had us start a good day. He is pretty kind. :) Thank you.
