“This Dairy Queen is in Courtland, right off Highway 58. We've stopped in here many times and have always had friendly employees and good food. It is in a safe location. Today we went through the drive through for us, and our dog, Miles. Miles said his two scoops of ice cream were absolutely delicious! Our order was great and we enjoyed it. Several of the employees came to visit Miles also, and that is special. We highly recommend this Dairy Queen the next time you're passing through.“

“I ordered the 3 piece chicken tenders & no salt on the fries. The representative had to ask me again if there was salt on the fries, in a tone like, are you sure. Yes sir, I am very sure of my order. The tenders were very crispy but very salty. The fries had no salt, but seems over cooked, but edible. I don't normally go to Hardee's, but that was the closes fast food on our way to the beach. It wasn't bad at all.“

“Dairy Queens usually don’t live up to what they used to be but this location was the best experience we have had at one in a long time! Food was good, blizzards were good, the place was clean! They have nice sofa like benches you can sit at as well as tables! Hence the “chill” in the name! The service was good, they were friendly and polite and there was even a guy cleaning up the store while there so they care! Refreshing to see a fast food tradition live up to what Dairy Queen originally was known for!“

“Food has been good every time I went there, I haven't had to wait anytime I have been there, but I don't usually end up there during your peak hours. Everything is pretty good there The atmosphere I would lower just because it feels like a truck stop being connected to the other store.“

“This is my family's favorite takeout restaurant in the Franklin area. Friendly customer service, good quality tasting food, cleanliness, and fair pricing. All my children loves their food and one of my sons who loves to cook want to work for them one day. I love their sushi, curry dishes, and my wife like their sushi, hibachi, and fried rice. They are family owned business, hard working, lovely couple of husband and wife team. They are a breath of fresh air in the Franklin area! May GOD in CHRIST bless and protect them continually. “The pizza, breadsticks, and melts coming out of this Pizza Hut location has increased in quality significantly. Someone is really managing this place well and the employees seem to be preparing quality orders for customers and have professional personalities!“

“It's a Wendy's. Their food is consistently good. This Wendy's was cleaner than most. The employees were nice, but the service was slow. The soda machine wasn't dispensing ice, and many flavors were out. The parking lot is a bit of a rat maze. Why four stars? Because despite the minor issues and frustrations, my order was filled accurately, and my food was good.“

“They always have sales & coupons. It's a clean atmosphere when I've came in although the parking lot has trash from time to time. It's not many women working. I've seen more during the day & mangers at night if they are women. I've seen other fast food restaurant offer benefits & free food such as Wendy's, Hardee's & McDonalds. Burger King doesn't offer benefits for they're employees only salary employees nor perk to value their service for regular employees but they all have something in common when it comes to breaks & other situations. They used too. Some of the sandwiches has too much mayo & not enough lettuce to complete the sandwich. Also, the hard part of the lettuce shouldn't be on the sandwich. I would suggest them to repeat the order to make sure the order is correct & speak a little louder so customers heard them indrive thru & ask the customer if they need condiments. DoorDash pickup service, I've heard was fast & bag travelable also they try to correct orders if they made a mistake. I must add they need better ventilation. It's no air circulating. I would suggest ceiling fan in the back for the cooks & lobby for customers.“

“Amazing staff who helped to bring the food out to my truck as I did not have enough hands. My only complaint is that the chalupas were steak instead of beef which was not asked which meat I wanted or informed the deluxe boxes were steak not beef chalupas.“

“They keeps the food stocked on the bar, cookie always being cook freshed, some cleaning needs to be done after each sandwich or if you mess clean it up. It needs to be a routine to maintain a clean & healthy environment especially around foods. I wouldn't put in an order the app, they're sloppy & heavy on the ingredient/condiments from my experience. It's best to see how they prepare your sandwiches & tell them how much is needed on the sandwich. The award cards helps, along with daily coupon especially if you're buying for more than one person. Overall, with these changes & courtesy to accommodate people if items isn't available (mustard, used the package) I think it can be better services & business.“
