“I have visited the drive thru 3 times while visiting family. The food, drinks, and desserts were all great. The order taking was correct, and the service was friendly. However, in 2 of 3 visits, something was missing from the order. I would recommend checking before driving off.“

“I informed the manager(@Mercury & Marshall) that I had previously gone to Wendy's on Aberdeen (for chili) and there were NO beans, the meat was not cut up and it upset my stomach. As a result, I had diarrhea. Well, the gracious manager (Mercury &Marshall) personally did my order and the chili was AWESOME! Now Wendy's chili is one of my favorites again!!!?“
“Last night I somehow set my order to carryout. Not sure how I did it bc I don’t drive. But I did. I never noticed till I called the store an hour later to check on my order. Once the girl who answered the phone let me know, her first response was, we are happy to remake this and send it out to you! What a relief that was. You just don’t get service like that anymore. I added a small tip for the driver and handed him cash when he got here. But I can’t thank the store enough for fixing my mistake and making this so easy!“

Was better before remodeling that took place during 2023.Wheelchair accessibility: Driveway is VERY steep and falls to offer pedestrians or wheelchair users room to stay clear of auto traffic entering from busy highway. No walkway connection between public sidewalk and location's entrances.“
“Why isn't anyone driving through this place ordering sandwiches!!! This is the only place that actually bakes fresh bread and does not have that horrible chemical in their bread like Subway. I can actually eat the white bread without my glucose spiking and feeling sick. I'm only talking about the bread...well the sandwiches are phenomenal, at least the veggie #6 is my most favorite. It's the only place in the 757 I know that serves a sandwich with depth and gorgeous taste. They work fast too, and it's not necessary because I would wait because their sandwiches are phenomenal. This particular Jimmy John's on J Clyde is really the best one. I hope you all have a chance to go by and order your favorite sandwich and see for yourself. The staff are friendly too. It's seriously a hidden gem. It's such a pleasant experience and I get so happy eating my veggie sandwich. ?“
“I had the greatest experience at mods pizza with gurls… I pre warned that I was going to go crazy with my order per my diet restriction Sam jade and Trent was top tier customer service they are so helpful and friendly and made my experience so much better I will most definitely recommend this place and don’t forget to go crazy!!!“
“I had the pleasure recently to meet the manager, George Lassiter, that was a tremendous help pleasing my sister-in-law with a baked potato/cheese/bacon bit delight. This is one of her favorite foods and I wanted to be able to bring it to her in the rehab center there in Smithfield. I was made aware that these aren't served until after the breakfast hour. However, George went over and beyond by having one ready for me around 9:30a so that I could spend the day with my sister-in-law without having to run out again. He was most accommodating as was all the employees at this location. I am most grateful to all and will most certainly return there when visiting from Norfolk. Thank you George. “Haven't been here in ages. The store was really nice and clean including the bathrooms. Great employees. They did a good job even though I had a coughing fit the whole time I was ordering. The menu has changed but it looks better. The food tasted good. We will probably start eating at subway again after this experience.“
“I've gone to this location a few different days and times and have always received great service and food. I've went inside to order and have ordered through the app and it's always correct and on time. The store usually looks clean and the visible food looks fresh. I would recommend this subway.“
“I come here once a week for work, and the food is always good. Customer service is lacking a bit, on several occasions the person on the drive through headset has been rude (not just one, different employees) and cut me off mid sentence, but I guess as long as you're coming for the food and not the service you'll be ok.“
