Food was good. Especially my order tasted fine.I got tomato soup in cup and one of new salads.My partner ordered also salad and sandwich without mayo. But they forgot about his asking and added mayo to order. Only because of this 4 star.Otherwise workers were friendly.Restrooms were clean.

Came to get an order of soup, after waiting in line for 15 minutes (one person in front of me) they say they don’t have but maybe 1-2 cups not even a full bowl of the soup and would be 3 hours to get any more. Don’t understand how you don’t have one of the main menu items… literally would be like going to Chick-fil-A and they say hey we’re out of chicken

Food was delicious ???we had the Asian crunch salad, broccoli cheddar soup and the new Chicken Pepperoni Melt. Never disappointed at Panera!! Thank you for the delicious food and wonderful staff for making sure everything is stocked and cleaned.

I used to work here and this is the first time I've been at this place in years and Jesus is this the definition of Meh. The hot sandwiches are worse off being baked vs using the panini press. Panera it's self is just a mediocre value for what you get. I honestly have no reason to go here now VS other restaurants in my area.

Gave me the wrong food and forgot a few things. Also paid with cash and was never given a receipt. Pretty sure it’s supposed to be given to you. She also repeated my order back to me and had it right so not sure what happened.Forgot my water bottle, a yogurt in my the kids meal(had two kids meals and they only gave one), and gave me the wrong sandwich. I ordered 3 Mac n cheese and guess how many spoons they gave me? 2 lolNo napkinsNeedless to say I’m not happy with service is allFood was goodFor $45 I expected better I guess

Customer service here was very kind and welcoming! This isn't my usual Panera, closer to where I work so I stopped in for lunch. The gentleman at the counter was so patient as I ordered for multiple people and the employees who prepared my order went out of their way to bag it in a convenient way for me. The manager Chad apologized for the wait, which I didn't even mind at all as we ordered multiple items. Overall one of the nicest customer service interactions I've had in a while!
I found the Mediterranean bowl to be steep in price, considering it’s filled with assembled ingredients, not prepared food as I would have liked and expected from a big chain restaurant.

Food here is as good as any other Panera Bread anywhere else you can find in the country but the service here, at this particular one, is neglectful. Solely, its the people on the front end. Each time I've come in thus far all I experience is that they want to socialize and chit-chat than actually serve their customers. Today I ordered my meal on the Kiosk for a pickup. It clearly after the purchase for me to enter my name so when my order is ready, someone will call me. I waited for a considerable amount of time before I grew frustrated. I went to the front to stand there and wait when the cashier asked me if I had been helped yet. I calmly explained I'm still waiting on my order when someone else spoke up to say "Oh, there was an order still sitting out here." I asked him pointedly "Why was my name not called?" To which he gave no answer but went back to talking to presumably his friends from work as if I wasn't there.

I was feeling sick at work and I used to get the chicken noodle soup all the time at Warrenton Panera when sick so I got it here. Not impressed. Looked lime they got the bottom of the pot and added water. Used the bread to sop up the added broth and had not taken any bites of the noodles or veggies but seemed low on both. For the price we pay to to go or take out it should be hearty tbh. Pic added
