Yes I’m chronically ill and disabled and just wanted a stuff crust pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and they wouldn’t help me to place an order through DoorDash and I live in Culpeper county and they stated that they didn’t deliver that far which is understandable but they could had been more courteous and at least be able to go through DoorDash. Plus there very expensive as it is. I mean the price is exactly like your paying for red lobster. It’s ridiculous. I wouldn’t recommend them and I will not order ever again.

Ordered pizza and garlic knots online through the app for delivery. It is over an hour late. Ordered at 1:00 pm on Tuesday. Called, spoke with manager, they assured me it would be here in five minutes. So far has NOT shown up.Very disappointed with this experience and may decide to only order from business that cares about their customers satisfaction.Showed up at 2,13 pm, not hot! Garlic knots are burnt, pizza is cold.

I called and asked if they had real cheese sticks, I was told yes, when in fact they are not! I called and spoke to the manager explaining as I had to the employee that I had had dental surgery and I was unable to eat them . I was basically told that was too bad. I will not eat there again the customer should be treated better.

Went in here. employees gave me pizza to someone else then were mad when I asked to make again. Two guys one girl working, they were laughing carrying on not paying attention to customers. They all disappeared into the back and then I smelled marijuana inside of the store. The male and female walk outside hug either other and smoke. the female walk back inside and started touching food without washing hands. So disgusting!!!!! This place use to be good..not anymore.

This place is disgusting. The person making the pizza dough also handles the register and then goes back to making the dough without washing his hands. So the register is COVERED in flour. The whole place is covered in flour and just looks filthy. Uniforms of the staff always look extremely dirty. They need better training on how to safely handle food and keep a clean workspace. The guy who rang me up was nice.

I ordered from here yesterday and order was canceled think it might have been my card. Today I ended up putting in a order around 3:30 pm. 2 hours ended up passing didn't get a confirmation that it was canceled or anything so I called multiple times and finally got through to someone around 7pm 3 hours later. The guy that answered the phone told me the female general manager told them to cancel my order. The guy didn't have an explanation why she said to cancel and said that I can call back Tuesday if I wanted her to explain why. I've spent a lot of money with this papa johns and for her to tell them to cancel is very unprofessional and makes someone like myself that orders from papa johns not want to anymore.

Papa John's is the best pizza chain (in my opinion). The service I had today was quick and friendly. There was only one girl working, and she was fast and polite. I will be coming back in the future.

We ordered pizza for tonight on the app. The store was kind enough to call me and make me aware of a long wait time to make sure I was ok with waiting or if I would like a refund. Very nice!!

I was not to impressed with today purchased papa john’s website menu carry out 11.99 could n’t placed my order. So I had to call the store at South Gate shopping center. The website has been broken down for a couple of week such embarrassing. All got from the manager was sorry. What a bad services not only that every time I ask for paper plates they say we are out! This is not my first time. I had walk away without paper plates. They don’t even want to give you red not pepper or Parmesan cheese. They only give you 3 or 4 packs. What a cheap skates the owner are. Bad services manager and owner. I had wanted to say something about it. Has been bothering for a while how cheap skate papas john’s at South Gate shopping center Culpeper va location. I’m quitting buying pizza from this location. Domino’s pizza are more reasonable they give all you want all the red hot peppers and Parmesan cheeses. I have never walk away without paper plates from domino’s pizza. From now on buying pizza from domino’s. My statement is made.
