“We were celebrating the reunion of two Venezuelan families today working on Uncle Sam's land, we went to have lunch at this place very well attended by a Venezuelan businessman and his helpful team. Very tasty food, good service, adequate attention and reasonable prices. “Great job for only being open two days. The service was very friendly and helpful and the food was really good. Smashburgers had perfect crispy edges, the Nashville chicken (mild) had the perfect amount of spice and crispness, the fries were crispy and well seasoned. Will definitely go back.“

“I came to eat at this place and everything was very good. The atmosphere was nice. They had music in English and Spanish. The tables were very clean. The bathrooms were facing. The people who served me were very kind to me. When I asked them about the food, they responded with Very kindly, I asked for dinner in. I also ordered the chocolate shake and it was very delicious. I ordered the wing combo. It was very well cooked. The potatoes were very good and I really liked the sauce. So I asked for extra and they didn't charge me extra. They were very kind. The truth was. It was very comfortable to have eaten in this place. In the drinks area they had everything I needed, there were napkins, forks, knives and they had all kinds of drinks. Very good experience.“

“Highly recommend! Went there around dinner time and service was fast and extremely polite. My son enjoyed watching as our meal was made. The sandwich’s were delicious. We got the mild sauce and wow was it right on point for spicy level, just the right amount of kick. My son got the chicken and waffles (country style) and he stated best waffles he has had and wants this meal for his birthday! We will be back VERY soon!“

“What a delightful little diner with delicious Peruvian chicken and rice! We also tried the fried yucca as an appetizer. Our server was very sweet and checked back on us several times. There were two big TVs showing a soccer game and there was even a little stage with big speakers for when they offer a live performer.“

“I've frequented this location several times, and the food has always been delicious. However, on my recent visit, despite specifying "no tomatoes and light onions" for my pollo saltado, the dish arrived with tomatoes and an abundance of onions. This deviation from my order was disappointing, considering they usually get it right. Nevertheless, the flavors were still on point, showcasing the authentic taste of Peruvian cuisine. Hopefully, they can improve their attention to custom orders for a more consistent dining experience.“

“Was in Springfield today and wanted to grab something different for dinner. I’m happy that I stopped Village chicken. If you’ve never been here I would definitely stop and give it a try. We got the chicken, souvlaki bowl and lamb Gyro and a shredded chicken bowl. They were are absolutely amazing! We will be visiting again soon!“

“This location is convenient to the highway going south. The parking lot is not that big. The food is great as always. My only complaint is that if they are busy and you have allergies, please double check your food to make sure your order is correct.“

“I witnessed this guy MJ Shaikh being very rude to the lovely cashier and asking to remake food, they did and still he was nasty to cashier. Manager was nice and respecful but the 3 guys was obviously drunk or high. They was just looking for trouble. Just wonder why he doesnt go to Starbucks. Good job for staff who kept it cool and ignored these guys who have nothing better to do than give hard time to good people and bad reviews! You guys at HJ rock! Love your food. And customer service is fantastic.“

“Food was delicious although it did not sit well with my stomach at all. Boyfriend did not have tummy troubles. The staff was friendly and mostly explained the process although they forgot to tell us we had to get silverware and where it was. Nicely decorated but the music was too loud.“
