“I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. I visited the drive-through and waited for a whopping 25 minutes without a single word of explanation as to why my order was delayed. The lack of communication and the excessive wait time left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. 03/09/24 @4:40am. Manager was very rude to me. She started off screaming at me thru the speaker after i said hello. When i got to the window she had a very bad attitude (I didn’t say much to her i was waiting for her to tell me the total). I only ordered a large sweet tea and she never told me the total.
