There was nothing available like napkins, stir sticks, straws, not even a soda machine in the main area of the restaurant. After we ordered, I asked for a cup of ice and I already had a McDonald's cup to fill. They claimed they didn't have ice and then said they would have to charge for ice. The manager was very rude. This is a very bare bones operation. It's almost like you would imagine a prison to be. Very cheap. Nasty manager.

I visited the drive-through and waited for a whopping 25 minutes without a single word of explanation as to why my order was delayed. The lack of communication and the excessive wait time left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. It’s unacceptable for a fast-food chain to keep customers waiting for such an extended period without any acknowledgment or apology. 03/09/24 @4:40am. Manager was very rude to me. She started off screaming at me thru the speaker after i said hello. When i got to the window she had a very bad attitude (I didn’t say much to her i was waiting for her to tell me the total). I only ordered a large sweet tea and she never told me the total. After i paid using apple pay i parked and then i got the notification of an $11 payment from mcdonalds. Then i walked to the drive thru window and told her that she charged me $11 for a sweet tea. She had an attitude and almost slammed my head in the window so i backed up and waited for her to give me the extra money that she overcharged me. When she gave me the money ($10) she said “here MF er” very very bad customer service. And i know they should have audio and video at this McDonald’s location

Flies! Everywhere. We have to eat outside in the rain, so gross and unsanitary. The bathroom was nasty as well, probably where the flies came from.

They are so slow and the person taking money and handing food has no clue what he is doing. I had a mobile order and he told me so many times that they didn’t have it and had me pull up to the next window until i asked for a manager and she instantly told me that they had the order and went to prepare it and I still had to wait another 15 minutes for my food just for it to be cold

Ordered through door dash, requested no onions on kids meal because my nephew is allergic to onions. There were little onions as if they just took by hand the onions off. Disgusting. The burger even smelled of onions. I hope corporate sees this and evaluates the night time management and staff because someone’s going to get sick if this is how things are going.Someone’s going to get sick eating here. It’s a shame this is my go to McDonald’s after I work all day and just need a bite when everything’s closed. Disappointing!!This is the review I left through DoorDash:Had to cook for kid even though I ordered after working all day. Very disappointed will contact McDonald’s in the morning. Horrible service, could have caused allergic reaction to my nephew. As a food worker I’m disgusted with the negligence of both management and their employees. I’m more than happy I caught this before he got sick!

The fact that you need to ask the employees for EVERYTHING!LIKE NAPKINS, KETCHUP,SODA REFILLS ETCmakes me feel so stressed but is more stressful when these people would look at you like you are bothering them it makes it the WORST EXPERIENCE!!!!

It took 3 different days. 3 different trips to the same McDonald's to finally get the new big mac. Each time they would give me the regular big mac. I forgot to take a picture of the new one because I was so disappointed because it looked thrown

First visit was Sunday about 8 AM January 2024. We ordered sausage egg McMuffin and bacon egg and cheese biscuit. Both were fresh and hot. Coffee and tea was also good. The women's rest room did not have running water in the sink. Not sure how the employees wash their hands, or if they even do.

Flies and gnats all over the dining room. We were given 3 napkins for 3 people,when we went to the counter to ask for more we were ignored by multiple employees. We ordered from kiosk and specifically asked for no pickles on my granddaughters cheeseburgers and both came with a pickle. All the tables were dirty. Really used to like this location but never again very disappointed
