They skimp on almost all items for a bowl depending on how much and what's left.Typical generation/staff working there. They are all inexperienced and do not care about work ethic. The staff is there for only status and a paycheck. It's beyond me how they got qualified for the position "job". They also have personalities equivalent to a bag of sand. A true disgrace economically and to the community

DO NOT USE CHIPOTLE APP TO ORDER DELIVERY. They will not stand behind it and refuse to help. We ordered on 3/21 through the app and the wrong order was delivered. I reached out via chat on the app which is the only option available and they offered a free entree and due to it being an automated system, it cut me off before I could even agree or explain. I hunted down a phone number and spent almost an hour on the phone explaining the situation. The agent was very nice and understood and said she was refunding the charge. She said to wait 5 to 10 business days and we should see it. Well it still hasn't shown up so I reached out again today and they said the original agent forgot to process the refund and now it has been too long so here is a free entree instead! Obviously they do not care about their service or customers! Pictures of food that was not mine or eaten because it was not at all what we eat!Updated to add I did reach out again after they responded but no word yet.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. We ordered delivery thru the app and not only did we get the wrong person's order (total accident that I understand happens) but took me an hour of dealing with the Pepper Chat and finally tracking down a phone number online to talk to someone that got my issue. She agreed to issue a refund and said to give it 7 days to show. Well it never did so I reached back out and now they say they see where she forgot to issue it but it has been too long so now they cannot help.

I visited this Chipotle in Danville Va and I asked for a burrito bowl. The person behind the counter built the burrito just as I asked her to. At the register, I asked for chips. The person said “we don’t have no chips.” I looked to me left and saw lots of bags of chips. The employee seeing that I was curious, said “those are for mobile orders.” I told her I didn’t understand. A young lady claiming to be the manager spoke up (loudly) and said “I can explain it.” Those people have already paid for their chips. I said, so if I go into the app right now and place the order for this burrito bowl, I can add chips? She said “Yes.” I said that makes no sense. She went on to explain how it makes perfect sense to her and she asked me if I was going to place the mobile order or not. Note, no one was behind me in line and there were three employees standing in front of me. I said, “you know what? I’m going to pass.” I walked out of the store. I was not angry. I was really disappointed in what we have become as a society. Our “managers” can’t make the decision to sell chips to a person standing right in front of them. It is beyond me realm of comprehension.

I absolutely love Chipotle. I need the guacamole to be smooth and not salty. It's so good at every location and nothing seems to be consistent at the Danville location as far as taste. Sometimes the food will be so good and fresh and then, today it's so salty I can barely eat it. Are there not instructions in how to make the food each time?

This is my first time eating at this particular Chipotle and it was okay. Service was fine and the people were fine but my food was eh. I got a chicken burrito and chips. The tortilla was rubbery and I've never had that issue before and the chips were chewy. There were only a couple chips that were crunchy the whole way through. Some of them had one bite of crunch and then the rest was chewy. The inside of my burrito was great and my mother didn't have any problem with her entree because she got a burrito bowl instead of a tortilla. This won't keep me from going back there probably cuz it might have just been a one off, but it didn't make my supper the other night enjoyable.Parking: There's plenty of parking out front of the restaurant. The problem that I found with the parking lot is that it's a little tight around the corners and the placement of the dumpster is not ideal because it blocks your view of people coming in the tight entrance.

What a change! We haven’t been to this location in some time due to lackluster visits. Overall experience, service and food quality were just not it. But a couple of weeks ago we gave it another shot while holiday shopping and I just want to say W O W.We were greeted when we walked in by a cheerful woman on staff. Our wait was short and every single employee we interacted with was so nice.It was clear towards the end that the cheerful woman who greeted us was the manager. She did a Quick on spot training moment with one of the employees. She was so kind to her and helpful.We had a great meal, food was delicious and on our way out we thanked the manager for a great time. She introduced herself, Ashley I am almost positive was her name.Anyway really great turn around. Thanks for the great visit.

We stopped coming for a good while because of some fatty chicken and our account got hacked from ordering online. We just recently started going again. The food has improved, except for the last visit our rice had a bit too much lime, but otherwise it was very filling. I will probably be back in the near future.

Why bother having order ahead if I literally would get my order faster waiting in line from my promised time? Every single time my order is at least 10 minutes past my pickup time. Today they didn’t even open the doors until 11 am. And I still had to wait more than 10 minutes after that to get my food. 30 minutes I sat for a burrito and a taco.
