Words cannot express the amount of gratitude and appreciation I have for the gentleman named Sean at the front concierge desk. IAD was full of weather delays today and the only person in the entirety of IAD to make a positive impact on my negative travel experience was Sean. This lounge operates in two modes: in the morning it’s a Priority Pass lounge (I’d give 3.5 stars), then it closes, then in the afternoon/evening it’s a lounge for British Airways and OneWorld elites and business passengers (I’d give 4.5 stars).In the mornings, part of the space is closed off, and the food selection is decent but not amazing and protein options are very limited.
