We enjoyed hanging out in this lounge while waiting for our flight to LHR.The staff was very friendly, the lady checking us in actually gave us a quick tour of the facility. The bar is quite nice and the food was great. We’ll continue to return!

Good British Airways lounge serving the Oneworld group. The food area is quite good although a little more variety is missing. Very good desserts and very well stocked bar. Many places and tables to be calm while working.

Refuses to comply with oneworld access rules for no reason any employees could articulate beyond local policy. So confident in their compliance with said policies that they covered their name tags when I asked for names so I could file a formal complaint. (I got the names though.)

I traveled by Qatar airways and had options to which lounge at airports to choose from so I selected British airways Lounge and it was a great experience for me to be there and I wanted to share with you and if you ever got chance try it out. I do recommend it.Vegetarian options: Multi option on VE and V meals

Words cannot express the amount of gratitude and appreciation I have for the gentleman named Sean at the front concierge desk. IAD was full of weather delays today and the only person in the entirety of IAD to make a positive impact on my negative travel experience was Sean. He was personable, displayed an exorbitant amount of empathy for my situation, along with ours who were delayed and personally sought to it that I was comfortable. The lounge was spacious, clean, and the F&B offerings were delightful. Sean - Thank you.

Gets worse each time I visit. Today, no potato chips or nuts to have with a drink. It’s sad compared to Virgin. No sense of pride or standards.

This lounge operates in two modes: in the morning it’s a Priority Pass lounge (I’d give 3.5 stars), then it closes, then in the afternoon/evening it’s a lounge for British Airways and OneWorld elites and business passengers (I’d give 4.5 stars). In the mornings, part of the space is closed off, and the food selection is decent but not amazing and protein options are very limited. In the afternoons/evenings it’s much nicer, with access to the full space and bar and amenities plus much better food (including both a buffet and table service)! It’s also nice that it’s on the second floor above the terminal, as it provides windows both toward the planes on one side and of the terminal on the other side.Vegetarian options: VariousWheelchair accessibility: Fully accessible via elevator

Comfortably the best lounge in IAD, they take great care of J travelers from BA, EI as well as Oneworld members.A very nice space, never have an issue getting a comfortable seat while the staff are fantastic. The food offerings are solid (I love the QR code to-your-seat ordering is still a thing) while the self serve beers are great for a no fuss drink - though the bartenders are well able to make great mixed drinks.Definitely worth getting to the airport early for in my opinion.

Just a simple horrible operation. Their customer services and staff are poorly trained.

Invariably crowded with limited seat choice. Food is plentiful with reasonable choices from a buffet format. Self serve bar plus coffee / tea machines. Quality seems to have suffered over the years.

The staff were absolutely fantastic, and the amenities were lovely. There is nothing nicer than a shower between flights, and the quiet place to sit and rest were most welcome!

Pretty basic club. If you have priority pass and are flying delta from Dulles it is the closest. If I could give 0 stars for food I would, but believe this changes after 2 when non priority pass members start arriving. For priority pass hours there is water and some juices, a couple fruits and some cookies. It is never crowded so great to get a bit of work done with a delay.
