We wanted to eat something other than fast food so hoped this 'Italian Grill' would provide something tasty and enjoyable before our flight. Wrong! No self respecting Italian would ever produce such awful food. My husband's Chicken Sandwich was the worst, dry chicken in a large dry baguette, but my pasta meal was lukewarm and tasteless too. The front of house man could hardly be bothered to find anyone a seat while our waiter did his best but seemed to know what dreadful food he was bringing us. To cap it all I made the stupid mistake of ordering a drink without knowing the price and was charged a ridiculous $11.49 for a tall glass of Peroni. We paid a total of $64.71 for a bread starter with oil, 2 main meals and 2 drinks. Next time we go to Wendy's!

Came as a group of 7 and the hostess started arguing with the wait staff about whom who'd take us. They put is in the back where they store additional tables and chairs. The waitress asked about her tip from the moment we walked in. She was friendly. The food was disgusting. Don't waste your money or time eating here. Better off at Wendy's or Chick-fil-a l. Hostess was rude.

Horrible host that shouldn't be in contact with customers. No smile, like he was in a fast food, I think he forgot that it's a restaurant. Maybe managers should put this kind of employee for dishwashing not for placing customers. The waitress Nabila was very kind and has made an excellent service. She maybe should be the host. Hope that they'll take measure against this kind of behavior. The Caesar salad was excellent by the way !

The food was shockingly bad: lasagna had no pasta sheets or filling, in fact could only be loosely termed a lasagna, salad was just horrible leaves drowned in mayonnaise, chips or fries undercooked. Calamari was oversalted. Ple as e do not go there for any meals

I had the Linguine Positano with chicken. I found it quite enjoyable. I showed up on a late Monday afternoon and still had a 5min wait, likely due to staffing levels, but it all worked out. Also, complimentary loaf of bread. Highly recommend waiting until _after_ you have eaten before getting the bread. It dries out fast, but while it's hot, it's great for mopping up the sauce.

We had a very bad experience with the service. The host at the entrance was very rude, he didn’t let us in saying there is a waiting list for 30 min in-spite of the restaurant was almost empty and with no queue. We manage to get in and get the menus he came to tell the hostess to only serve us salad and pizza and not the whole menu although other costumers were ordering everything.

The food was pretty good; although the appetizer, salads, and main courses all came out at the same time. The only complaint was that our server went on break after dropping all the food and didn't reappear again until we started leaving. No one else checked on us, or refilled our drinks, or brought us the check. We had to scan the table for payment info and just left.

They may be short-staffed. It took a very long time to get our drinks and, ultimately, our food. The food was cafeteria level cuisine at best, and the prices were high, even for an airport restaurant. I ordered the sirloin, medium rare. I received salmon... (?!?!) I didn't dare send it back or complain because I didn't have another 40 minutes to wait for the meal to be remade. Just not a great experience ?

World’s worst waiter. He NEVER delivered our order. We waited and waited for the food, but he never gave our order to the kitchen. We even had asked when the food was coming. Finally, after 45 minutes another waitress helped us.

Dulles airport location. Carrabba's is a decent chain restaurant, much better than Olive Garden, for example. This was the closest eatery with cocktails for our flight to Frankfurt. We started with our usual margaritas, then shared food, including a meatball sub and a Caesar salad. Pleasantly surprised. The fact that they were close to our departure gate was the clincher for us.

The sirloin is decent for its price, and the coffee is also good! There are seats that can charge the phone as well, and the location is close to many gates.

The restaurant was shot staffed, and there was a humongous lineup. I noticed the lineup clearing so quickly. So I gave it a try. When I was next in line. The manager Denis came up and let us know they're understaffed today. He said it may take a little longer to wait. He, however, said he promises quality over quantity and when I finally had my meal. It was only \\\"quality\\\" I experienced. The server was super awesome ?? I will visit again.

Sadly, this was one of the few options available at 7 AM on a Monday - Dulles International Airport, do better! I’ll start with what was good. The server was friendly and attentive. Coffee was decent, but they served it with Coffeemate creamer (blech). This restaurant had maybe 5 breakfast options. I ordered the frittata that came with nothing, just eggs and toppings in a cast iron dish. The frittata was dry and gross - clearly it was something they make much earlier (definitely not that morning) and they just warm it up. Server offered toast, and it came out dry with nothing to put on it. One slice was wafer thin, the other was an inch thick. The Bloody Mary tasted like it didn’t have any alcohol - the mix was super thick - and they charged me almost $20 for one drink. Same with the mimosa, it was mostly OJ with a splash of prosecco for like $17. I’m used to airport drinks, you know those places that serve you doubles for the same price because you are stuck in an airport or on a plane all day and you need to cope. Overall, very disappointing. Even more so because they have the potential to do and be better.

My wife and I had an extended delay at Dulles before taking our return flight home to the UK so we decided to sit at the bar and have a couple of drinks to kill some time. As we left my wife caught her dress on a screw that was protruding from a damaged and broken stool which resulted in her dress being ripped beyond any repair. Prior to our departure from the restaurant the Manager, who was extremely apologetic, provided assurance that Senior Management within the organisation had been made aware of the situation and that the organisation treated matters such as this extremely seriously. Although I appreciate that this occurred only 2 day's ago it was conveyed to us how the organisation deals with such matters and therefore how we could expect to receive a prompt communication. Unfortunately, despite these assurances we have not yet received any communication from the organisation whatsoever. We were fortunate that my wife did not sustain any personal injury...however this could have been very different. Just beware.......

Stopped there for lunch while awaiting my flight. They did not have my 1st or 2nd choice on the menu, so I ordered a ravioli dish. It was quite good. The sauce was excellent. The waitress was attentive. Overall a very good place to stop for lunch or dinner.
