“I've been coming to Vino Volo since it opened (in the other terminal) and have always been very happy with good wines by the glass and interesting small plates, but especially because of the staff: great service by knowledgeable professionals, whatever you're paying them, pay them more! However, the menu desperately needs a refresh (hasn't changed in YEARS, boo!) and please stop playing that horrible music at top volume, I always have to ask staff to turn it down because it's so unpleasant and difficult to get work done in between flights.“

If you've not been in a while, stop in again to check their selection out!Their beer selection is constantly changing, with lots of seasonal releases or new takes on styles. From English styles, to super hoppy IPAs, or crisp clean lagers, there's going to be something on draft you'll like.Pinball in the back room is awesome, and they've got a variety of food trucks during certain days.“

“Normally, I try to avoid eating at airports, especially at non- national chains. However, a few months ago I found myself at IAD with a long layover.We stopped by Bar Symon and it is potentially the best food I have ever had at an airport. I chose the Fat Doug Burger which has pastrami and swiss cheese on it. The menu may be limited, but what I got appeared to be well thought out and very nicely executed by the kitchen. I was pleasantly surprised and did not anticipate having such a good, burger at an airport.The server was courteous and took great care of us during the time we were there. She checked on us several times and quick with drink refills. The food was brought to our table quickly, and tasted as though it was fresh made. I do not fly into IAD frequently, but when I return, I will be certain to go Bar Symon. I just wish there was a freestanding one of these near me or even at my home airport.I noticed they did have a beyond burger for the vegetarians.It is airport food, so it is going to be pricy. However, it was in line with what i expected to pay at an airport and what I got was superior to anything else I have eaten at an airport for this price point.Vegetarian options: Beyond burger, plant based protein.“

“Catching a flight early in the morning and so glad that this place is open. My husband, my son, and I were able to have a nice meal we got some egg, cheese, sausage sandwiches. The orange juice my son enjoyed.We eat here instead of taking to our seats.Leaving out of Dulles drop by here for a bite to eat.“

“Definitely enjoy coming here whenever before my flight out IAD, or after arriving. Pizza is great and staff are definitely friendly and seem to enjoy working there. Definitely would recommend coming!Dietary restrictions: GF crust, Vegan cheese and Vegan ground sausages are available options.“

“I’m a regular - they work with you to make sure everything is correct and well - super great decor - can get packed lunch during weekends but they do their best to get everyone served - make sure you guys know you have to put the silverware away back at the trash cans!“

“As far as airport food goes this is about a good as you can get. Good ingredient and fast hot food. You can also plan based on the line if you have time to order before a flight; at a sit down restaurant you're guessing at best. Seating areas are not that great though.“

“I come to claim my birthday burger and everything was really great. The service and attention in this location was awesome. The food was cooked just right so the flavor was excellent for a burger and fries. I tried the royal one really recommended!“

“I can probably say this was one of the best Cinnabons I ever had. The dough was still warm and fresh just taken out of the oven. The glaze was still runny and the whole thing was so soft that it melted in my mouth. Definitely worth a try if you are in the area. I only regret I didn’t get more while I was still there“
