“This was my first time ever eating here, the food was amazing. Service was amazing as well I think the cashier name was Shawna she gave me a quick rundown on the menu and helped me decide on what to get. I ordered the shrimp basket and sweet potato fries and a side of collard greens and banana pudding. Omg the greens was so bomb and my friend got the whiting fish sandwich. The fish was so so so good I kept tryna eat his food. I will definitely return back.“

“It's our local Italian joint. Food is good and portions are generous as well as size of the drinks. Only issue is that the courses come too fast, need time in between opening cocktail to appetizer, salad and main course. Slow down, enjoy.“

“This restaurant is a great place to go solo, on a date, or with family. I even enjoy the carry out service! The cashier Hank is truly a friendly guy... started adding noodles in my boil due to him (delicious). The service is always wonderful. Thomas was my waiter this time and he's always awesome. The other waiters are great too. Look forward to coming back to see how great the waitress does that Thomas was training. It's clean and smells fresh. Cute lighting. Decor very enjoyable to look at...including the table covers. Bring something to color or draw with on the table covers. My food is always flavorful, hot, and quick. The menus are really cool but probably time consuming to charge. The parking is perfect. The prices are perfect also. They offer happy hour too...nice bar btw. “Just ordered their house special pho from uber eats along with their fresh (non-fried) summer rolls. Their pho is one of the best bowls of pho I've had in a long time. They were generous with their portions and the flavor of the soup tells me they use actual bone instead of using just a bullion cube for the soup base. Their spring rolls were incredibly fresh and their sauce was on point. I would have taken a photo, but I ate it all too fast.“

“The food and ambiance were excellent. Our server was great until our food arrived but then sat in the back corner with other staff (perhaps on break) joking and in animated conversation. Whenever we needed anything, we had to flag down another server to get our servers attention. I reported this to the manager before we left do I assume the issue has been addressed.“

“This is my "go to" Chinese place in Stafford. Great dine in or take out. There aren't many Chinese restaurants like this in Virginia. If you're from the Midwest, it should be familiar to you. They serve all the classic dishes. I love the fried rice. Never had any problems with the food or service. They are always fast and polite.“

“Growing up in Texas I have tasted a lot of good Tex-Mex food. I also know it just varies based upon location and El Gran Charro is actually pretty darn good. I'm a little disappointed in the steak fajitas as I think the type of beef used or how they are preparing it is not necessarily my style. The texture should be firm and spicy instead of chewy. That said, it's pretty good and I suspect the beef prices are contributing to that issue.The jalapeno bacon appetizer was too spicy for my wife so I had to eat the whole thing. I'll be sure to order it again in the future :-) It's tasty good.The taco salad, drinks, etc. were all spot on and the service is very very good. They were slammed busy and we were never forgotten.“

“I've been getting takeout from this place for a few years now. First time I was with a friend in Woodbridge and we just stopped here on a whim. I assume it's a family that runs it and they are always welcoming from the moment you walk in with good customer service. It has your standard deli items and a few others. Every time I go though, I get the fried fish platter. The fish is always fried fresh to order. I love that the fish doesn't get soggy when you get home, and it's still crispy. Usually, takeout places' collard greens can be a hit or miss, but I actually think they do a pretty decent job here. They're not booming with your home cooked seasoning, but they work as a side with subtle flavor. The fish is the star of this platter with its balanced seasoned crispy breading. And for you get with the platter the pricing is very reasonable. I always have leftovers. Other sides that I've tried - potato salad is decent but a little sweet for my liking; fried rice though I only tried it once it didn't work for me.“
