I got the pretzel that I came for. I just felt it was very overpriced. I spent over $10 on one pretzel and a drink. It tasted fine to me. I do believe this location has become accustomed to saving money. There is a charge for absolutely everything. If I wanted an extra container of frosting, there would have been a charge for it. They hand you the napkins instead of allowing you to select them yourself, thus controlling how many you take, etc. You get the picture. I imagine they've had a lot of things taken off the counters as they are right next to a very large indoor playground. Which leads me to my low rating for atmosphere. It is extremely loud here. If you have a headache, as Dionne Warwick would say, "Walk on By?". It is also usually busy here, so you spend a lot of time in line. The people that work here are quick and no-nonsense. Again, I suspect a lot of how things have become has to do with their location and proximity to the indoor playground. All of the demands on their time and materials may have taken its toll. That said, My final take: an "ok" , but overpriced product, that you should not go out of your way to get unless you're really craving it or you have kids and are going to be in the area anyway. ?

This location is located next to an indoor playground. My son had a squish esq toy that popped and sprayed multiple children with water. We kindly asked the Auntie Anne's location for material to assist in cleanup and they declined.Later we ordered food from a different location and used their big tub of hand sanitizer to avoid germs. We came back later to use it again and they had removed it saying it was for customers only. This was incredibly despicable and rude not only for a business but for human interaction in general. My wife confronted them and they laughed and embarrassed her in front of other customers. This is despicable and disgusting. We will never buy Auntie Anne's againDon't give them business, they don't appreciate it.Money hungry jerks.

Good evening, my kind ladies and gentlemen who work in this store,First of all with my formal and friendly French pleasures which come from the bottom of my wonderful heart. I would like to thank you for your hard work and service serving an international audience and local citizens who love to come and eat lovely snacks indeed. I love visiting your lovely little store with sweet treats at the right price without any hassle etc. Your staff is wonderful to me with great service, amazing French prices at good quality too. Please continue to spread the joy of love, passion, compassion and warm energy to the comfort food hungry crazy world that needs it for the energy in what you sell with your warm but fuzzy hands. I would not recommend this Auntie Anne's location inside of Fair Oaks Mall. The staff member (older Asian lady) was extremely rude when my boyfriend and I inquired about a deal that Auntie Anne's was having in conjunction with T-Mobile. Instead of explaining it; she yelled "BUY ONE GET ONE FREEEEE!!!!" to our faces. We were left speechless and didn't attempt to engage with her after that. I would suggest management look into customer service training for their employees.

Came to this auntie Anne's because my wife was craving a pretzel. We both don't eat pork so when we visit an auntie Anne's we always ask if the butter is cross contaminated with the pork from the pepperoni. They confirmed that it was but offered to make us fresh pretzels without the pepperoni butter. Amazing service and very nice owners. Highly recommend!

Pretty standard Auntie Anne's but the service is phenomenal. Typically they cross-contaminate the pork pepperoni & butter which means as someone who doesn't eat pork, I can't have the pretzel. But she quickly worked with me to find compromises like a butter-less pretzel or even just making new butter & pretzels for me. Great, accommodating, family-owned.

Today I visited the mall and attempted to buy the Cinnamon Pretzel. Right before they close, it was my turn to order. Then the unexpected happened. One of the female servers said "We're Closed."I had no choice but to leave; however, three ladies behind me started ordering, and another server was taking their order.I asked the female server why she said they are closed. In the middle of nowhere, the owner couple intervened our conversation and asserted that she never said they were closed but she meant to say her shift was over. The owner was rude and never admitted what her employee said at the time but rather defended their employee and argued against me(customer).I do not recommend this place due to the fact that they don't train their employees and the owners are close minded and not admitting what they have done wrong. Sometimes, it's easy and worth saying "sorry for the confusion." They lost my business forever. I do not even wish them a good luck.If I could give them a zero star, I would've done so.

Had for the first time in this location. As you can see from my reviews I hardly give negative reviews. But this place is special. Bought one pretzel to share between my toddlers. It was pretty terrible (Jalapeño pretzel, typically gets baked into the pretzel. Here I could see the person ores it into the pretzel once it was in the oven). To top it I asked then for a couple of small cups of water for the kids. Was told since I bought only one pretzel they will give only one plastic cup of tap water! Never had this kind of experience before in any other restaurant. Inconsiderate incompetent staff. Won’t be going back. Not that it will matter to them. Not holding out any hope that there will be change either.

Terrible service. I’m currently half deaf due to a medical issue and the cashier wouldn’t speak up. To make matters worse after I told her I couldn’t hear out of one of my ears she refused to talk to me at all even though I had asked he if my card went through okay because my boyfriend’s card didn’t go through the first time
