That had to have been the worst dining experience I've had in recent memory. You walk in, nobody to greet you. You seat yourself, and you are expected to order yourself with a QR code. Not exaggerating, 35 minutes go by and we haven't gotten our sodas, and not a single employee has acknowledged us. About 40 minutes in we are served a single side of fries, without the rest of our entrees. Eventually the food does get there, but no silverware or napkins. Had to get up and get forks from the bartender. It was also like the Arctic circle in there, and our food was cold before we were halfway done. I'm not one to write negative reviews, but my God that was a frustrating experience.

I ate here on Saturday and tre/trey my apologizes if I misspelled it he was my server , for starters he seem annoyed the entire time ,I felt his strong body language which made me even more uncomfortable fast fwd he had a very vicious nasty attitude. Had an issue about our refills . didn’t check in as often as he did his other tables , he mumbled numerous of times under his breath. He shouldn’t be working in this place of business with that demeanor . I still tipped him this isn’t even my store location and I will NEVER be back again . Food was great though no other complaints .

Trash. Wife and kids waited an hour for takeout that came out wrong. The running joke in our family now when anything sucks is that it’s “almost as bad as Buffalo Wild Wings.”

Corporate Buffalo Wild Wings needs to do something about this location as this place is at rock bottom. Easily the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. Couldn’t order from a person and had to order on my phone. That resulted in everything coming out at the same time, aside from one of the ordered entrees (a salad), which didn’t come until after everyone else had finished their food. Then the insanely late entree wasn’t correct. There are not enough employees at this location for them to function properly. Corporate needs to do something.

We ordered for delivery and once we got our food, my Buffalo chicken wrap was completely wrong. Asked for no tomatoes and mild sauce, both things were wrong. The fries were STONE cold not even warm. They were hard and stale. And, we got some wings - y’all didn’t even include any blue cheese . It’s Basic stuff, not a complicated order. We haven’t ate here in a bit so decided to give it a shot again, and it’s the third time the food was sub par. Last we went and dined in and the food was horrible let alone the service and long wait times . I don’t know how y'all are even open and why .. save your money don’t eat here

Placed a pick up order for lunch on Super Bowl Sunday. Wings were not come mixed in with the sauce- sauces were in mini containers. I called to express my dissatisfaction with the food quality. Steadman, I guess assumed my order was meant to eat during the game because he said that they gave me the sauce on the side so it can be easier for me to reheat. My order was placed so that my co workers and I could have for lunch. Not for the game! The large side of fries appeared to be small. I spoke with Steadman, he told me to email him my concerns, still haven’t received a response.

Wings are not a hard food to cook right. We ordered wings for the Super Bowl, and they were severely overcooked to the point of being crunchy, and there was no sauce on the wings or in the bag??

Such a disappointment. Ordered wings for the Superbowl. First they insisted we did not place an order even though we showed them the order multiple times. Eventually they found it and what did we get? Plain wings, no sauce and four containers of Buffalo dry rub. This location has been a disappointment before (guests in our party have gotten sick after eating at this location), but for the tween who had his heart set on wings today…this is just plain sad. Go to a different location.

Got some traditional wings & boneless ones too tried different flavors - Asian zing(sweet), thai curry (favorite), buffalo, mango habanero, Nashville hot(super spicy), some potato wedges, loaded tats and strawberry margarita. Everything was decent.

Update 2/2/24: this has happened again for the 3d time now. This is the most incompetent restaurant I've ever seen.Placed an order with GrubHub and the app said it was ready. Arrived and was told it wasn't ready and I had to wait. Please get your staff organized and only update the app when the order is actually ready.

The place is dirty. Men's bathroom was disgusting. You now have to order everything from you phone. Website was slow so ordering was taking forever.

The place is basically empty as I’m waiting for my takeout order of 6 piece buffalo wings. Only thing wild here is me waiting an extra 30mins for an order that was supposedly ready to pick up. Service is no good. Actually, it’s actively bad. At least they gave me time to write a review.
