Interesting “northern”Chinese food. Different from the regular Chinese food
This place is one of the best Turkish spots I've ever been too! The amazing woman at the front helped us so much with answering all our questions about their food and the location!
Ontop of the amazing customer service, the food was absolutely delightful and delicious!!! I got the Shakshuka and Beef Dumpling Soup! The freshness and flavor of both of these things combined to be one of the best food expirences I'ce had in a while!

Warm, inviting atmosphere and very clean! The food came out great as well. The woman running the establishment was very attentive.

Taste of Silk Road - Uzbek & Uyghur & Turkish Cuisine in Fairfax has become a favorite spot for many. The food and service are consistently great, with fresh, delicious, and full of flavor dishes. The Cold Meze Plate is outstanding in portion size and quality, combining Mediterranean and Asian dishes. New management has made the food even more tasty and now provides Turkish breakfasts. The restaurant is very clean, nice, and elegant, with new remodelled looks and modern furniture. Fresh soups, kebabs, and even cakes are yummy, and a famous dogonay is available. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and respectful, with fast and professional service. The atmosphere is comfortable and pleasant. Some note the ambiance could improve with better quality chairs and tables. Overall, it is a lovely place for great Uyghur and Turkish food.
