When trying to call the store to place an order, no one answered the phone. I was not at home and had trouble with my phone. Finally, had to borrow a phone to place the order from her phone.

Pretty poorly managed location.Showed up as they opened their doors for a pie. They seemed visibly annoyed at my punctuality. I ordered my Pepperoni Pizza Pan crust and it took 35 mins to produce!Only positive- Pizza was hot and had pepperoni, but I felt I un-welcomed and unappreciated as a customer as I was waiting and it was awkward. Will not return. This Pizza Hut needs improvement.

Multiple disappointing experiences with this location. Last two have been the worst, one was tonight. Pizza delivery is 55-85 minutes late. Can't get through to anyone on the phone to get updates and find out what is going on. Tonight I finally drove up there after calling many times for 20 mins and was unable to get get anyone on the phone with an explanation. I was hung up on after it rang for a long time. Tonight I drove up and told them to cancel my order and refund my money. I plan to never order from here again. I will also be sharing my experience everywhere possible to try to help others avoid the disappointment or at least expect pizza to be at least an hour late if ordered from this location.

The worst pizza ever. My husband and I called 5 times to complain. When I called they kept transferring me and the restaurant kept hanging up on me. I placed my order online. The pizza and the breadsticks came uncooked. So my husband and I drove to the Pizza Hut on Willard way Fairfax Virginia 22030 to complain. As we were standing there the cook was not using gloves and he was touching the food with his bare hands plus the pan that you use to put the pizza in to cook it he dropped it on the floor and he used the pan to make a pizza without washing it. I spoke to the manager at the pizza out. I asked for a home refund on my order that we spent online for our pizza of $67.16 and the manger said he could not and I said I want a refund because your employee is not wearing gloves cooking the food and he said by law they don't have to wear gloves to cook food. With the Covid-19 going around they should be wearing gloves. I don't think they would like it if the food administration got involved. They have a lot to clean up in this location

My wife called 5 times to Pizza Hut to complain on Willard Way in Fairfax Virginia because one of the pizza I order online and the breadsticks were not cooked. So me and my wife we went to the store and as we were waiting we noticed that and employee was not using gloves and touching food with his hands plus a pan were you can use to put the pizza in to cook he dropped it on the floor and he pick it up from the floor and he used it for a pizza without washing the pan or his hand. The manger told us by law they are not required to use gloves. We said well with the COVID-19 and touching food you should wear gloves because how do I not know if he does not have the Covid-19. So he said that he could only refund for the pizza was cold and the breadsticks and for the others he can't because he could not do nothing. This restaurant of Pizza Hut needs to close and go for Expection. Because this is a health issue.

The food is good however when I went in to get my pizza today 9/4/2020 the man making the food is not wearing a mask! This made me furious and not want to order here anymore! Please take precautions at all times! Make all of your employees wear a mask!

Cheese was not fully melted, Cinna-stick was more like a cinna-block because it wasn't cut and it was a bit cold.
I ordered a Delivery and they said ok asked for my phone number and my address I gave it to them I told them a large pepperoni pizza I wait an hour did not come called them back and said that they never heard from me and that I had to place another same order. also I payed the other pizza with my credit card so it was already payed and did not get a refund because they said I did not order in the first place so I did not get my refund. Once I finished the other order an hour later they came I tipped the delivery man. And I opened the box and the pizza was a small cheese and pineapple thin crust pizza after that I gave up and just went to chipotle

They are not honoring their curb side pick up policy. I waited 20 minutes outside and they refused to deliver my pizza and forced me to come inside. I contacted Pizza Hut support and they completely ignored my message. Dominos is so much better in comparison

I’ve never actually been to this Pizza Hut. It’s two hours away. But my daughter lives not too far away and they were happy and cooperative to deliver a pizza to her on my dime. I don’t get a chance to visit or take care of my daughter that often but this Pizza Hut did a fantastic job of letting me take care of her from hours away.
