Worse customer service ever. Went in and asked if they’re closed and the manager looks at us like some nuisance and said we close at 10. Then just ignored us and walked away. Idc how good the food is the attitude was horrible. Walked out without ordering since nobody wanted to even want to tell us politely to wait. AVOID AT ALL

If you want a piece of fried chicken with "don't give a f about the customers" attitude. This is the place.I was initially told to wait for my order by the store manager. After waiting in my car for 1 hour, I asked for my order again . He said "It is not ready yet. Be patient and just wait." When I pointed out to him all other customers ordered after me had been served. He responses "You can cancel the order. If you make a fuss, I call police". The kicker is there is no way to cancel it if you used their app.Popeyes Terms and Policy says:Once your order has been confirmed, payment has been taken and you have your order confirmation number it will not be possible to amend or cancel your order.

October 24, 2023 Receipt Number #45I was hungry and craving mashed potatoes, gravy, and chicken. After I came home, I opened my bag and searched everywhere for the mashed potatoes, but they were not there. However, I have no complaints. The lady who assisted us at the cash register was very kind/pretty and helpful, but she simply forgot to include the mashed potatoes in my order. So sadly, mashed potatoes are my favorite side order from Popeyes.
