Been going here for my lunch breaks and cut them some slack the first time they messed up my order. Im not one to write reviews but this is probably the 3rd time Ive had an issue with this location. First mistake was they forgot a couple items. Second, the chicken was overcooked, and again, was still missing some things.. Third time they gave me the wrong order. I ordered bbq wings, they gave me something totally different. Didnt even give me sauce, napkins, utensils, nothing.

I understand I came in an hour before closing, but it was a full hour and they had nothing but almost nothing but classic chicken, had to practically climb over all the chairs on the floor, and we were stepping in puddles of soapy water from the mopping.

Went to the store and ordered 8 pieces all dark meat. They packed the food in the back. When I got home half of my order was white meat. They counted a little wing as one piece.

Edit: they did refund my order. It shouldn't have been this difficult, but they did help me.Original review:I placed an order that was never delivered. The app is glitchy. Ended up with 2 orders delivered. One was delivered, the other was not. They don't have accountability with doordash, and doordash cannot help with order issues. Very convenient for both of them.Also, there is no way to actually get to anyone in support. Automated text responses and email only. Even the phone number instructs you to continue via automated text, never get to speak with anyone. Ever. Craziness. Popeyes was my favorite fast for chain, but no more. I wasted $22 on an order that I never received and no one will talk to me. They've just slipped lately. Too bad. They were a good place for a long time. But they lost a loyal customer and everyone he gets to share his experience with. Everyone I share this with appreciates my issue and is annoyed about it.I will keep sharing this with everyone that I know who wants to order Popeyes. And they are listening, thankfully. No one likes to hear things like this. I just can't understand companies that have absolutely no regard for their (soon to be "former") loyal customers. That's the only way I can describe this. This is a poor, poor, poor company today.

I just spent $50 at the Gallows road location in Virginia. It was delivered through Door Dash. I didn't receive 1/3 of my order. This place has consistently gotten my orders wrong in the past and I promise I will NEVER spend my money at this location or any other location e ever again. I called the store to complain and the phone rang for 4 min straight. I will also tell all my friends and family who live in the area to never spend thier money here again. We need to start hiring competent people again. I'm sick of these ignorant workers not having enough common sense to put together a simple order
My number one pet peeve is a restaurant that doesn’t answer their phone. That’s an automatic 2 stars lost for service. Too many mistakes over my history of placing online orders for pickup. They assume you won’t check the order, I guess. They leave out thighs or legs, they’ve give me 9 instead of 10, and this time they’ve given me an all spicy 10 pc instead of the classic that I ordered. Not OK for my 3 children, especially my 4 year old

Ordered 4 piece combo and the chicken was dry, the rice was not cooked thoroughly and the gravy was salty. I understand the food can be bad sometimes but the fact that they don’t pick up the phone or provide means to reach out to resolve issues is frustrating.

Went in yesterday to purchase a three piece combo. Was told that I COULD NOT order a combo. Cashier then tried saying I could only order a 3 piece platter or a 4 piece combo (but wait I thought I couldn't order a combo?). So I tried ordering a two piece which I've done at this location recently. Told I couldn't do that either. Cashier said something about it not being worthwhile. Probably worst service I've ever had at any fast food location ever. Did corporate suddenly decide on bonuses for upselling chicken???
