The food was great. However this time I went I found the service to not be great. I've worked in food service before and I know it's a tough job. But sometimes waiters are rude. I went and I was in a good mood it had been a long day and I occasionally like to order drinks. I am 21 and have a valid ID that I showed the waiter. While in conversation with my friend when I handed him my ID he asked for the date, he was rude about it and it caught me off guard. I told him the year and then he told me no to say the whole date, yes I stumbled on my words but I wasn't giving him a fake ID and it felt completely embarrassing that he thought it was. People stutter and stumble over their words. And he was rude to begin with when I politely asked if he recommended anything on the beer menu. I understand that can look suspicious but I went in just wanting to try something new. I wanted to unwind and enjoy a good meal with a new drink. The waiter clarified he couldn't try any of the drinks and I then understood he was younger which is fine but the way he talked me which was cutting felt really upsetting. I didn't think asking for someone's opinion was wrong as I've had people ask me the same at my previous jobs. Sometimes people want an idea of what is good or not. I don't believe I was rude, I'd just like to say that I don't think it's nice to go to a place where you are treated rudely when you haven't disrespected the person that is serving you. I'd like to clarify that I'm sure things could have gone better but now I feel discouraged to go back. I have never treated waitstaff rudely and this experience put a damper on my night and the attitude genuinely hurt my feelings. I understand it's a college community and there's caution to it as a result but it's unfair to be turned away from a service when I was not breaking any law.

Staff are friendly and I was greeted and attended by Karen. I ordered the bbq wings and they came out fresh and hot. The fries were very tasty and also hot. 10/10 recommend. I will be coming back here.

Slow service, you get seated they take your order they bring the food and they run off and you never see them again. We waited over an hour for the food.

From the time we arrived the customer service was horrible. There were 3 empty tables. When we were greeted we were told it would be a 20 minute wait. The server that was running the front area didn't know what was going on. Then someone else showed up and we were immediately seated. Then took about 15 minutes for our server to come to our table to take our drink order. Ordered boneless wings and finally got them and they were not baked. They had no breading on them. Just sauce added on top of chicken. Not my idea of boneless wings. Would definitely not go back. Just bad all the way around from customer service to food.
