Bad customer service, cashier this morning Dec 9 2023 around 7:30 Am was very rude. She turned her back when we were talking to her. All we wanted was extra creamer for the big coffee boxes I bought, shift manager need to pay attention to how customers are being treated and the bad attitude cashiers are having.
I remember when this Dunkin Donuts was thriving. I visited today and stood at the Ice Cream counter for a few mins. Waiting patiently while the employees texted away. Finally, I made a motion that caught one of their attention and I was assisted. My Ice Cream scoops were pathetic! How do I know? Work experience. Their single scoops have to have to weigh a certain amount, this includes their kids scoop. Unfortunately, I will not be visiting again. Go elsewhere.
