“I stop in a new Ethiopian Resturant every visit to the DMV. So far this has been the best one! So good that I’ll be pausing my taste test to freshen this spot. The injera was so soft. The ribs cooked to perfection and the rice melted in my mouth. The chef was so friendly. I enjoyed every minute here.”
“I gotta say, I had a lot of meat in my days. But this place, it changed my perspective on meats itself. It was absolutely delicious and mouth watering and our server, Andy, was great and super friendly. Highly recommend!”
“The meal was exquisite. The dishes were well presented, creative and delicious as well as showing upon rather generous, dare we say it, North American portions. Our server (and others passing) was/were fantastic but we did sit at the bar and not at a table. This was a choice that we consciously made because we were celebrating our 19th anniversary sans children. Intimacy. A few reviews complain about price or the lack of selections on the menu. All we can say is: post-COVID prices have gone up significantly but that is true for everything that we, as a community, consume today. It might be harder to stomach the price increases for discretionary expenses like a fancy meal. In any event, please do not expect 1980s or even 2019 prices. Secondly, yep, it is pricey, but it is worth every centime. The "limited" menu is what really good restaurants do, not to gouge you, but to spoil you with a core set of dishes that will tantalite the palate of almost every true gourmand. NUE hits the mark rather well. Finally, one kink in the armor, is how food is served today and how waitstaff interact with customers. Partly caused by the clash of generations, e.g., servers and the served may have 30 to 40 years between them, partly because due to COVID the new wave apparently did not get to learn from the OGs who did not return to the hospitality business sector, and is likely partly due to the pace of life in the DMV as practiced by folks with maybe too much money. That service process part needs to be ironed-out, but it is not just an issue at NUE, but at most, if not all, DMV fine food establishments. We, for one, will be back to NUE very soon. We just need to save up for it and we won't have to wait a year.”

Padaek
“Low key and casual. Delicious and soul quenching Lao/Thai food. Can always expect a good meal from Padaek. Service was prompt and friendly. Easy to get a table on Thursday evening.”
“I went to this place for my birthday and I have to say that it was a great experience. My family and I shared the Bún bò Huế (spicy noodles), hoành thánh chiên (fried wontons), Gà xào húng quế (Thai basil chicken), and Bánh hỏi đặc biệt (Vermicelli platter). The food was so good, my favorite was the Bánh hỏi đặc biệt. The owner went around to every table and checked up on everybody and our waters were being refilled constantly. Everyone was really nice. They don't typically do anything special for birthdays, but the owner gave me a free mango sticky rice!! Even after we paid and started to leave, the owner came out to us and recommended the ice cream place next door. I really appreciate family businesses and loved to see that traditional foods are still very accessible to people with dietary restrictions. I am 100% visiting again.Dietary restrictions: Many of their dishes can be made vegan easily and they have a glutton free menu.”

“Our server was so pleasant and attentive. For our appetizer we got the calamari and it was some of the best I've ever had. Entrees were a bit hit or miss. The ribeye we ordered wasn't seasoned well, but the crabcake we got was the best I've ever had. Overall a great experience, though fairly pricey.”
“We go to 2941 for many of our special celebrations and we are never disappointed. The food is excellent, the service is impeccable, and the sommeliers are incredible (really, ask them anything about any of the wines). We both had the chef's tasting with the wine pairing and were perfectly satiated at the end. The portions are on-point. We told our waiter the occasion we were celebrating and anyone who visited our table expressed congratulations and brought an extra special complimentary dessert at the end. We had a 7:00 reservation and arrived a bit early so we were able to watch the ducks come back to the pond as the gloaming fell and it was kinda magical. We'll definitely be back.”
“A relatively old neighborhood place. The food is very good and the waitstaff is excellent. I would rather not have the musician there on Saturday evening. He plays well but it is hard to talk over the music when the place is full.”

“We got our food to go since the place is on the small side but the food did not disappoint. The sopes were delicious and the torta chingona was amazing. The torta can definitely Can be shared with another person since it’s on the big side (I think it was obvious from the name) I’ll definitely return!”
“We loved our meal at Ellie Bird! The salmon was cooked absolutely perfectly, and we loved that there were delicious non-alcoholic drink options. The staff was very attentive and our meal was paced well. We’ll be back again!”
“I did a take out of their delicious Aloo and piyaz pakoras for our Iftari a week or so ago. The packaging was great which included a generous amount of their tasty green chutney. I glanced at their menu main items and their prices seemed high. Manager/owner and helper were polite and friendly. Great efficient service. Good restaurant atmosphere. I wish them success with their new desi restaurant.”
“Ordered off the lunch specials menu. Good selection, fast service. I like that they have tofu as on of their protein options. Tasty green curry and veggie spring rolls. Companion enjoyed chicken pad thai.Vegetarian options: Tofu is listed as one of the proteins-you don't have to ask for special prep of a dish without meat.Parking: Very limited parking midweek at 1pm.”

“Diego was an exceptional server, hewas patient, kind and voluntarily brought our birthday lady an awesome piece of triplechocolate cake!! We enjoyed our late lunch very much!!”
“Sunday brunch shouldn’t be missed at Borek G, had a great spread of eggs, simit, dips and spreads. Also not to be missed are the Turkish coffee and tea, along with a piece of baklava for a sweet ending. Service is fantastic at this family owned resto and all the little details add up to a wonderful experience.”
“Best vegan restaurant in Washington DC. I like spending my outing time there. It’s an amazing place the staff are nice and welcoming. I prefer eating mom’s tofu & brown rice with a mango smoothie when I go there. Please try that I am sure you will love it.”

“I went to this amazing Greek restaurant, and the food was fantastic! The service was great too. They have delicious gyro, awesome steak, and tasty fries. It's a must-try place for a fantastic Greek meal! Everything was enjoyable and top of everything in the area.”

“The service is fast, the staff is courteous and above all the sushi is bursting with flavor and authentic.I will go back again occasionally to try their other rolls and savor different flavorful and fresh sushiI took one star away because of the portion size! The sushi is tiny: the size of 4 rolls here is equivalent to 2 from other mainstream sushi places. I guess you get what you pay for: higher grade sushi, smaller portion for higher price.”

Fava Pot
“Stopped in for lunch on a Saturday to celebrate our anniversary. The owner greeted us and chatted with us a for a while. Most tables were reserved for an event that afternoon, but when we told her we could be out before then, she seated us and brought out the menus. We ordered using the QR code on the menus, as that was the only option. I will say, that was the only thing I didn't like. I have having to use my phone for everything and wished I could've ordered in person and paid in person. And then the tip part was unclear and it chose the tip for us (18%). That felt kinda weird...what if I wanted to leave more? But that feels like the same complaint, having to order on my phone.Anyway, besides those 2 things, everything else was amazing. The food was fresh, tasty, and was brought out in a reasonable amount of time. The waiter was quick to bring out water and refills. Dina was sweet and chatted with us just the right amount. We ordered the 3 plate appetizer baba ghanoush, grape leaves, and fava beans. They were all good, but the fava beans were extraordinary. We also got the Susu's chicken plate. It was also delicious...and the best part of that plate was the amazing tomato sauce.I can't recommend this place enough and we will surely be back!”

“Great food, good service. Would have loved to sit and chat with my friends a bit more, but it was clear they wanted us to move on after finishing our meals. Still 5 stars. Steak, salads, sides, and drinks were all solid.”

“Wow, what a beautiful restaurant and the food was so delicious. I love the decor and plants. The staff is outstanding. Their attention to detail is amazing. I loved my dish. I had vegetarian crêpe and a garden roll for an appetizer. Both were delicious. Also, the Vietnamese coffee was yummy.”
“Lovely little spot with friendly staff who won't let your water ever be empty! Food came out hot and coursed well. Cocktails took a little while to make, but everything else was great. Highly recommend the Brussels and Buccatini!”
“We always had a super good time when we went there. The food is super good, and the service is top! There's nothing more to say, except it's a very good address.”
“As its name suggests, this is an American road house style bar & grill. It's excellent comfort food from brunch, burgers, wings, pizza! Great place to watch sports, but classier than a sports bar. Unpretentious, friendly service and priced just right! A great alternative to Matchbox across the street, which has lost its mojo!”
“We used to live in this part of FC and the Delly was our regular place to catch a quick bite. NoVa has a complete lack of a decent Deli...which is very unfortunate for this Chicago gal. Celebrity Delly does a great job of satisfying my need for a good deli sandwich or a nice bowl of soup on a chilly day. I ordered their sandwich half with side...had to get the matzoh ball soup as my side. The broth was chicken-y...the matzoh ball was tender. Nice pieces of tender chicken meat. Yummy! I ordered the Ruben sandwich half...and I go for the more traditional corned beef (in NoVa it's almost always made with pastrami) which made me very very happy. The corned beef was sliced paper thin, which is how I like it. It was tender warm and juicy. Great white sauerkraut. Nice sauce and bread. The side pickle was good, not great but definitely good. I was very happy with this. It satisfied my craving. I'd like to see a little more meat and less kraut, but it was a solid sandwich half. That corned beef was sliced beautifully thin. Gotta like that! My server was funny and nice and had good "Delly" energy. The interior hasn't changed much over the years...comfortable surroundings. I like the lunch counter for singles. I definitely recommend this place above all the other Fairfax delis. They are solid.”
“Ordered shrimp garden rolls : they were pretty tasty. Little bit of wilted lettuce but good overall all. Fresh. A- Ordered shrimp fried rice : nothing special but good. C Ordered an everything pho (non seafood) : the soup came out Luke warm.. I was expecting a big bowl of "steamy" pho and received a bowl of disappointment... was sad.. D- Ordered the 76-86$seafood platter (forgot price) : Served on a huge tray. Again... food wasn't pipping hot as expected. Lobster was a tad bit rubbery. Shrimp were all small.. crab legs were average and both other crabs I ate were just ok.. meh. Everything was DRENCHED in garlic. I love garlic but damnnnn, I like to taste seafood too. Crawdads produce little meat. D Service was nice . A Overall sadly I will not be dining back at crabby noodles. Perhaps in a year or so I'll try again. "D" grade..”
“I have a love/hate relationship with this place. When it comes to events, everything is at the lobby once you walk in and it's filled with neon lights, a dimly lit bar full of many offerings of alcohol you can get, a few small sections for VIP for your friends, and usually a DJ playing their music. There's open karaoke as well but I don't know if people sing often in the lobby. So I have been here many times for my friends and even booked a room as well. Rooms are spacious and they do have pretty nice audio. But there is one thing that truly irks me every time I come here. So they have a touch screen where you can add your karaoke songs through YouTube or through their system but getting the videos to load is a pain. It's annoying to deal with because it skips to the next song in queue so if you are with a group of 5+ more people, it can be very stressful. The worst part is we asked the staff about it and they aren't really sure what to do about the connection. I mean they should really fix that because I'm sure it gets people upset. No one wants their song to be skipped. Aside from that, you can also hear the loudness from other rooms, I don't expect that to be an issue but it's noticeable on busy nights. If you do plan to go here, there's one thing I highly advise before going. Check their socials if they are hosting any event and call ahead to know about the room rates. The website shows their original flat rates for the room but in events, they raise the prices up. If you go in person, check the menu before deciding to put your money down. This place also adds gratuity to the bill so be prepared to drop down a lot. While I frequently come back here just to hang out with friends, karaoke is one of my favorite hobbies. Its never a good time when your song doesn't get played or you get charged way more than you should.”
“Very good place overall, but something that has been bothering me recently is the filter/house coffee. It's incredibly watered down. The coffee looks like tinted water and hardly has any flavor. This may be because I'm getting my coffee around noon (I've been there in the mornings and it tends to be thicker plus I appreciate the bottomless mug) but still, I'd expect a solid house coffee before 2 or 3 and not something that tastes like the grounds have been filtered 2-3x. So please guys, load that filter up even a bit after the morning joe rush. They tend to have forty-six (i think by Counter Culture Coffee) and a featured single-origin, both of which, when there's more than a 1 to 50ish coffee to water ratio, are very good.As for the food, the bakery items are delicious and varied. I like the smoked smoked salmon and egg breakfast sandwich. Just be prepared for the hardly-cooked egg to explode in your face, so either press down on it first and it'll saturate your sandwich (if that's your thing) or try to get them to at least cook it medium. I asked twice and they did so once. I didn't mind that much, though, and the bun was worth it. Also I'd probably suggest having the chocolate croissant's filling more spread out rather than two slightly narrow and hard lines that feels kind of shrinkwrapped-style.Not a super diverse crowd but that comes with the territory--similar to the demographics of the Falls Church City in which it resides, maybe a little more (btw this is not to be confused with the broader "Falls Church" address within Fairfax County which is significantly more diverse). To compare with nearby Rare Bird Coffee Roasters, this is more establishment (NoVa style) meets new--and very cool nooks and crannies with a rustic vibe, complete with three charming outdoor spaces on three levels. Meanwhile, Rare Bird is more minimalist, with a yuppie (generally more diverse) crowd lined up quietly tapping away on their laptops, super nice hipster staff, plus some neat plants and paintings. Northside Social is, as the name suggests, more in twos or small business meetings. Northside is more of a restaurant whereas rare bird is more of a pure coffee shop, though the bakery items are delicious and the morning bread is healthy and filling. Now this has become more of a dual review, but since you may be looking into both, hopefully that's a little helpful. ☕Wheelchair accessibility: has easy to access ramp with gentle slope”
“The trout and the brisket were delicious, one side, the beets were very nice, broccoli that came with the trout was rather limp and grey, but flavorful, maybe just needed to be blanched prior to grilling. The bread basket had freshly baked, warm, 3 selections, 2 very good, one a bit underdone, a spoon biscuit. Nelson was a knowledgeable server of food and drink. One person had white wine, another a beer on tap, and it was a welcome suprrise that The Falls had two of the premium non-alcohol beers, both Athletic brand, one an IPA. The noise level was just moderate on this weeknight dinner. We will return to this pretty and delicious addition to Falls Church dining.”
“First time at Present viet restaurant and it exceeded my expectations. I was visiting a friend and he took me to this restaurant for dinner. I love vietnamese food, but I never get to try different dishes other than Pho. This time my friend ordered Banh Xeo, Bun thit nuong, and Bun rieu or Bun bo hue?. I really liked Bahn xeo it was very soft and creamy taste. The dishes came with huge servings and their service was excellent.I will definitely be back to try different types of food.”
“I went to this based on a Facebook Foodie group recommendation. I concur with their assessment that this place is good.If you want no frills traditional American Chinese takeout, this is the spot. There are only two tables in there, so there's not really a place to eat at unless you have a quick lunch break or go solo.Prices are fair, portions are good, and food tastes great. We had tried 4 dishes: Singapore noodles, eggplant with garlic sauce, Kung pao, and lo mein. They were all good. Food was packed well.I like it. ??”
“The exceptional service at Sfizi truly stood out during our visit. The staff members were not only incredibly kind but also enthusiastic about sharing their culture with us. It was heartwarming to see my DC chaperone engage in conversations in Italian with them, and the staff's patience and willingness to teach her new words added a special touch to our experience. The freshly made pasta was a highlight, boasting an amazing taste that was elevated by the heavenly sauce it was paired with. The ambiance at Sfizi successfully transports you to Italy, creating an immersive and authentic dining atmosphere. If you find yourself in this area, visiting Sfizi is an absolute must for a memorable culinary journey that combines outstanding service, delectable food, and a touch of Italian hospitality.”
“We have gone to the cookie decorating for kids events several times with our almost 3-year old grandson. He is entertained and we enjoy a good meal at a reasonable price. Service has always been great.”

“After hearing great reviews, we were eager to try out this restaurant and were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful ambiance. The Thai design elements, including large fixtures on the ceiling, added a unique touch to the décor. While the food looked and tasted good overall, it was a bit too sweet for our personal preference. Nevertheless, the service was fantastic and contributed to a great overall experience.”
“HOLY ****! Hands down some of the best food I've ever eaten.. I've never had dolmas or baba ganoush with that level of flavor. Anyone would enjoy the veggie sample platter. The spices used were not spicy, but packed full of flavor. I'd eat here everyday if I could. If you don't go here, you're truly missing out. Also LOVE the atmosphere, both inside and out. <3Vegetarian options: The falafel was some of the best I've had. Warm dark green center, with a crispy outside. The dolmas were incredible as well as the fatoufah salad.Kid-friendliness: Spacious seatingWheelchair accessibility: Easy ramps in and out of the building with spacious seating to accommodate any wheelchairs.”

“Me and my family always go here for breakfast. I order a build your own grand slam and it is delicious! I like how most waiters just come in add coffee into my parents cup.also their Hot chocolate is fire I love it! The waiters are awesome some use their memory to remember your order, I’m like how do they do it!? Anyways the seats are comfortable my mom always says “son duras” to the seats that don’t have cushion. So in conclusion the food is awesome I mostly look forward to the over medium eggs because they taste really good and the pancakes especially the Heart-grain I’m not sure of the name but my parents called integrated pancakes there so good also the butter makes all pancakes pop!Vegetarian options: So here’s the thing, there is absolutely no vegetarian options because I think the omelets has these bits of meat but you can always ask to put it out. Like my dad he gets the veggie omelet but instead he takes the cheese out.Parking: There is plenty of parking. For the lots they have Dennys on it written just for Dennys.Kid-friendliness: There are , you know those baby seats those and then on the menu they have a kids part and they also give crayons and this sheet for them too.Wheelchair accessibility: There is no stairs so that would be a great place for you to go.”
“Very good service and crew. The assortment is the traditional continental breakfast. Competitive price. Marriott should invest more in the venue itself this is the only downside. The breakfast buffet missed the traditional salmon.”
“The lady on drive thru is very funny and hard working, She is keeping that atmosphere. First person who was laughing with me in drive thru . Recommend this branch ????”
“This McDonald's is a popular spot for our Homeless population. The crew is friendly and does offer courtesy cups. They do work hard. There's an armed security guard at this locationParking: Congested and dangerous intersection. The drive thru navigation is less than desirable.Kid-friendliness: Nemo fish ceiling under the wifi bar. Highchairs and kid meal friendlyWheelchair accessibility: Accessible”
“2/12/23Sabrina (if this is the manager I met) was polite, but not openly friendly. For the most part, I was in an out and that is about all that happened. I picked up two drinks for my wife and I that came to $4.50. This should be some good Gatorade.Ordering on line was an experience. My wife got her orders right, but my orders were missing an ingredient for 3 orders of donuts after I had already selected them. Oh well. Problem fixed and I now have the Donuts in my car.Time to go home and eat. Duck Donuts is really starting to spread its wings around Virginia. Guess we will see how big they get.”
“Awesome people and they have great grilled cheese recommendations. Great beer too!!Edit: awesome service is even MORE awesome with Naomi! I won’t say what night she works because you don’t need to make her even more popular ? But she is the best!”
“A first time hot pot experience to remember for me! We ordered the unlimited which basically just means a buffet style toppings area while the meat is brought to the table (up to three plates at a time for the meat). I really like the concept of splitting the broth and getting “the best of both worlds”, so we did the spicy and the original. For our meat, we did garlic marinated beef, chicken, and beef short plate. So good! As far as toppings— where do I start? Veggies: Napa cabbage, corn, broccoli, sweet potato, potato. Noodles: vermicelli and a thicker noodle. Mushrooms and tofu. So many toppings I just didn’t have room to try, but would love to on a future trip here!”
Takeout Restaurants
“This hidden gem offers a delightful fusion of flavors that's as vibrant and colorful as a Mexican mural. This family-owned operation not only wins your heart with its super friendly staff but also caters to a symphony of dietary preferences, making it a haven for vegetarians, vegans, and those seeking halal options. The casual atmosphere, a playful blend of Mexican zest and Greek finesse, sets the stage for a dining experience that's both laid-back and lip-smackingly good.Diving into the menu is like embarking on a culinary world tour, starting in Mexico with the Vegan taco, a masterclass in flavor that proves you don't need meat to create a masterpiece. It's a plant-based delight that showcases the kitchen's knack for transforming simple ingredients into something extraordinary. The Mexican Pizza, a Wild Tacoz signature, is a flavor bomb. Imagine a 12" pizza that shuns the traditional crust for a double cheese-filled tortilla, creating a base that's as innovative as it is delicious. Topped with a protein of your choice and adorned with a medley of toppings including mild or spicy salsa, a three-cheese mix, tomatoes, onions, black beans, romaine, cilantro, and corn crumbs, it's a dish that dances on the line between genius and madness, landing squarely on the side of genius. Then, we set sail for Greece with the Gyro Burrito, a culinary hybrid that's as bold as it is delicious. Packed with rice, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, feta, and tzatziki, it's a wrap that wraps you in warmth and comfort, proving that when Mexico meets Greece, the result is nothing short of spectacular.Wild Tacoz is not just a restaurant; it's a testament to the power of family, fusion, and the universal language of delicious food. With every dish made to order, freshness is the name of the game, ensuring that each visit is as delightful as the last. In a world where fusion can sometimes mean confusion, Wild Tacoz stands out as a beacon of culinary creativity, blending Mexican flair and Greek elegance into a dining experience that's sure to leave you wild with joy.”
“Service and atmosphere was good. But I was very disappointed with the taste of the food. Found the chicken to be extremely bland. Also wish they had lunch specials. Over $20 for 1 dish, no apps, no drinks, is a very expensive lunch.”
“Awesome people and they have great grilled cheese recommendations. Great beer too!!Edit: awesome service is even MORE awesome with Naomi! I won’t say what night she works because you don’t need to make her even more popular ? But she is the best!”
“One of the best relatively new Latin bakery in the local area; do not let the location throw you off. Staff is extremely hospitable. There is passion and pride behind their bake goods and that's what missing in a lot of similar bakeries.”

“Generous portions and delicious food. I love it! We ordered the lamb and fish for 2, and we loved it. It came with a side salad, sauce, and 2 drinks. The people are nice and welcoming. It's totally worth it.”
“A world filled with creative grilled cheese sandwiches, totchos, and craft beer options as far as the eye can see. Good vegan options too if that's your jam. Plus a TV playing all your favorite DVDs from the 80s, 90s and early 2000s. We caught the Mummy 2 and Lucky Number Slevin.”
“The service was good. The food was pretty on point. It’s like an office building but when you go in …it’s like a deli / Korean style place. We got the seafood pancake the tofu ramen and the stone bibimpbap.”
“I have eaten here 4 times and never left disappointed. Food is delicious, you should try the specials. Friendly service. We'll keep coming back. Love this place.”
“This cafe has the best atmosphere among the cafes in Falls Church. There are plenty of seats to sit in, and you can get your coffee quickly. If you come to falls church, be sure to stop by here?”
“Love this place! This food is amazing!! Love the burgers/fries but also love the chicken rice platter and the lamb and rice platter, I will definitely be coming back here! 10/10!”
“I always enjoy going to Elephant Jumps Thai restaurant for their food. I usto work across the street back in the days and found out about this restaurant. I have tried a different meal every time I have ordered from here and have never been disappointed. I have moved to Woodbridge and I still make the drive when I want to get some Thai food.”
“Pretty good. It was extremely crowded but granted it was iftar, it's understandable. The food options were vast and the cost very reasonable. I will be returning!”
“Stumbled upon this absolute gem while exploring Eden Center. All four dishes we got: tofu pad Thai, beef drunken noodles, beef boat soup and pork belly with green beans, were amazing! This is the definition of a hole in the wall and we are so grateful we found it! We are already planning our next trip!”
“SDE is a fantastic place with great beer on tap, friendly/fast service, nice relaxing atmosphere with plenty of space. They were pros at hosting a fundraising event for Oakton HS LAX. We will be going back often!”

“We visited this location for the first time today, everything was amazing!! We loved the omurice and curry ramen. Service was exquisite as well and the general manager Fon was amazing and really made our visit worth while. Definitely will be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone!!”
Drive-Thru Restaurants
“The banh mi here are consistently great. The bread is fresh, pickles delicious, prices are great. Particular fan of grilled pork and charbroiled pork. My son loves the fish sandwich. (This is take-out only.)”
“This location is great. The staff is always friendly but what happened to the vegetarian menu? Taco Bell is one of the only fast food chains that has always catered to vegetarians. Not only was the vegetarian menu gone but also the fiesta veggie burrito ???”
“Before I give this review..I’m American as hell so if I say one of these dishes wrong just let me live ? in summary, just visit here. The ambiance is ? the service was amazing. I asked a lot of questions before I ordered something because I cannot do too much spice, but a little is necessary (I’m Caribbean).I had the Kitfo cooked medium and rare. Both were simply amazing. They also have a decent wine selection.Parking is plentiful in the back. It’s delicious and everything was so fresh. Must try!”
“Good, friendly service and usually pretty fast, even when there is a line. The food is always hot and the condiments section seems clean. My only issue with the restraunt is that its kind of awkward having to stand where the line starts while waiting for your food.”
“I walked in greeted in Spanish and was pleasantly surprised right away the waitress picked up that I spoke English and helped me without the discomfort I've gotten from other places when I had this type of interaction. They were very nice and patient while helping slightly with the menu. I don't know if they took a long time with my order, I ordered to go and went next door to the Asian market where me and my little one explored a little so we may have been in there a little while. When we returned our food was ready. I didn't get a picture but IT WAS GREAT!!! we ordered papusas, the carnitas plate and plantains with eggs ?. Everything was full of flavour and cooked perfectly, even the carnitas had the perfect crisp:juiciness ratio. I was worried about how the rice may taste because it had peas and other veggies in it but it was so good as well so much so I didn't even get to my papusas but my little one devoured hers and said it was good (kind of mad she didn't ask if I wanted a bite lol). I'm not sure about authenticity but I'm from Cali and have traveled and this tastes similar if not better than a lot of others I've tried. Even the cabbage served with the papusas was great and I don't usually like that. It's a hole in the wall place but with a bar and a lot of food to choose from so even though I'm only here for four days I may be back!”
“Their sandwiches are great. Service is fast and efficient. They don't talk much because they're busy. Ambience does not apply as it's more of a carry out place. It next to Virginia ABC Liquor store. It's a very convenient location.”
“They put cheese on my no cheese burger and fries were cold and many soggy. I went back and they made me a new one fast and offered me something for inconvenience but I declined.”
“Was down this way the other day stop by this location of this fast food place for some breakfast and this place was very convenient very good hot food the hot cakes that sausage was good the other service was good the place was nice and clean this location for this food fast food restaurant has been here over 45 years or more and is very good it's always been a very good location when you're in the route 50 Area Falls Church Virginia been going by this location for years when I've just needed some quick food and I've been down this way we do highly recommend this location for everybody it's a good family atmosphere is great for the whole family it's not too much for the vegetarian but it is good for some fast food that is nice and hot serve well and in a clean environment staff are friendly and this is a good location to go toVegetarian options: This is not a good place for vegetariansParking: Very large parking lot here you don't have to worry about parking here there's a lot of itKid-friendliness: This is a very good friendly location and the staff here do keep an eye out on kids that ain't come here and all that and they try to make it a kid friendly Zone”
“Fresh, hot fries. Cold, tasty drink. Prepared quickly. That’s fast food. ?The chicken in my wrap was cold & I believe it’s supposed to be hot, but it was still good. I’m sure that will not be my last time ordering here.PS, if you’re reading this, get a flavored lemonade (ANY OF THEM!) & thank me later. ?”
“We got the opportunity to go into the location and see the impact Wendy’s is looking to do in Foster Homes and my first time realizing it, as usually we just do drive thru. The food is as expected. Drive thru has worked for us at this location. Our order wasn’t what we ordered during our last visit but after kindly speaking to the manager they were able to assist us and provided us a fresh order - which my kids and I appreciated. Mistakes happen just treat everyone with kindness and they were kind to make it right. Thank you!”
“A favorite visit amongst my kids. It seems over the years, can't fault their consistency of food and taste. The service here is always fast whether you order at the counter, self-order, or through the app. If dining in, this place is fairly clean with plenty of seating. Enjoy!”
“Awesome place once again! Great place to meet up with a friend, clean, friendly and right next to a Starbucks! The salads are worth the trip out and about and are better than most ‘slow food’ restaurants sincerelyParking: Lots of room to park and the sidewalks and street are easy to maneuver with a stroller and older folks”
“Stopped into this location while in training for work with colleagues. The restaurant is impeccably clean, the service was friendly and fast, which we appreciated because the line was nearly out the door.We dined in, and the food was hot and very delicious! I enjoyed my visit, and will certainly visit again.”
“This location has some of the strangest storefront architecture I've ever seen, in a nice way. Lots of places to sit inside or a large parking lot/drive thru. Very busy but staff always handles it well. They're often out of certain items by the afternoon/end of day. But still the best in the Falls Church area!”
“Lovely little spot with friendly staff who won't let your water ever be empty! Food came out hot and coursed well. Cocktails took a little while to make, but everything else was great. Highly recommend the Brussels and Buccatini!”
“The Thai food here is a good the flavor is there but needs a little spice to it. The duck roll is great I love that it was in a roti. The lychee cocktail was delicious.”
“Best spot to go to if you're craving some Indian cuisine. We come here at lunch and get their lunch buffet and it's freaking amazing. Service is quick, naan is HOT and crispy. Ambiance nice.”

“If I could give 10 stars , I would … have been coming here for years at this point . Have never been disappointed once . The owners and staff both go out of their way constantly to serve love and happiness as a side w EVERY order . Every item on the menu is amazing . If you want a real treat , order a CARROT CREAM CHEESE MOUSSE CAKE. ? ? it is pure heaven in your mouth …… from service to friendliness to taste this place is easily ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️❤️-Chris Tracy and kids”
“Finally stopped in one Sunday afternoon. Thoroughly enjoyed my treat! I tried the Vietnamese coffee cake slice. It was moist and fluffy with great flavor. Kids had the vegan brookie and a cupcake and loved them. Now I'm wondering if they do birthday cakes. Will be back for more.”
“This place is legit! So glad I came upon this place. Anyone serving nopleys and grilled onions needs to be seriously considered. The beef tongue is phenomenal! Fresh made charrorones with fresh guacamole is fire! If you want TRUE Mexican food, this is your place!”
“Excellent selection of IPA's, Lagers, Stouts, and Sours.. Service was excellent and bartenders love to converse with the customers.. They have a lot of canned / bottled beers, ciders and wines to take home as well.. Price is a bit steep though for larger pours and growlers are insanely expensive..”
“First visit. Drive in front of Subway and go straight. We had breakfast tocos and the Chilaquiles. They were very pleasing. The music was too loud for us to eat inside . There was plenty of space outside. Free coffee with meal.”
“I received an incorrect order on Door dash and the staff at Lazy Mikes went above and beyond to make sure I received the correct order once I initiated my redelivery on Door Dash. They remade my food to ensure it was fresh and they even gave me a sweet treat for my troubles. Thank you Lazy Mike’s!!”
“Great, friendly service! I had a lot of questions about the food and they answered patiently. Food was sooo good. My first Bing impressions: delightful and satisfying. Rose milk tea was divine as well. Looking forward to my next visit. Thank you for a great experience.”
“My family of 6 adults and one toddler went here on a Sunday Night. The food was absolutely delicious. One of the most tastiest and flavorful pho broths I’ve had in all of Northern Virginia. I got the crushed ginger (P2)The restaurant is small, but decorated beautifully with colorful lanterns on the ceiling as well as a beautiful cherry blossom tree in the corner. The only note I would make is I would prefer if there was music playing a *little* bit louder because it seemed too quiet inside. Our server went above and beyond to accommodate for our toddler, interacting with him and even giving him a quarter of a fresh avocado that was left over from a smoothie he made.I would definitely be coming back here because the pho outranks other pho places in the northern Virginia area.”
“Cafe Kindred is the best! I placed a catering order for an event I was hosting at my business. Everything and everyone was so great and helpful! From answering my questions to placing the order and picking it up, everything was seamless! My event was successful and everyone raved about the food!! Thanks Cafe Kindred!!!!”
“I always have a good meal here, i don’t even browse through the menu, i just pick what ever i see first. Today was breakfast tacos, and morning meditation drink, yummm!”
“The food is absolutely delicious and authentic! Highly recommend this place. Some recommendations for improvement I have for the owner: 1/Update the menu by adding symbols on spicy food/levels, 2/Have a sign 'wait here to be seated' so new customers understand they are not being ignored, 3/Have a sign at the staff table saying 'pay here' to clarify that customer need to go up there and ask to pay.”
“Amazing tacos! The most authentic tacos I have had in the DMV! Incredible flavor across their entire menu. The al pastor and chicken tacos are to die for. The owner was so kind! It was our first time visiting and he went out of his way to make us feel welcome! This is a must visit if you're in the area...even if you aren't, you should drive for these tacos.10/10 will eat here again!”
“I am so sad I waited a year after moving here to try PBC. Oh my goodness wow!! I grew up in North Carolina and am kind of fussy about my biscuits. PBC delivers!! I got the pulled pork biscuit sandwich and I think I fell in love. I got a few extra biscuits to have later with their homemade jams (strawberry is my favorite). When I went to pick my order up, the staff were friendly and warm. My order was ready to go right when I got there too! I can't wait to go back and try their strawberry shortcake!!”
“The best tacos and Californian Burritos you can find in the DMV area. Ditch Chipotle and other big name taco places - this place is everything you need. I love the Californian burritos and the steak tacos. The staff is always friendly and helpful.”
“my experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe was nothing short of delightful. The combination of mouth-watering açaí bowls, excellent service, and a cozy atmosphere makes it a must-visit destination for health-conscious foodies and smoothie enthusiasts alike. I highly recommend stopping by, whether you're in the mood for a revitalizing snack or a fulfilling meal. This cafe is a true gem that stands out for all the right reasons”
“I have been coming to Koi Koi since they opened seventeen years ago. In all this time I never had a bad experience here. The food is fresh and amazing. The staff is friendly and officiant. Very welcoming and warmKid-friendliness: Extremely family oriented”
“We always had a super good time when we went there. The food is super good, and the service is top! There's nothing more to say, except it's a very good address.”
“Love it when you have to put down the photo and working on the food so kind of force talk with your loved one hahahaha. Tasty food. It services spicy food but their no spicy is just as good. Service was good. It was very busy at the time but the girls walks like tornado.”
“Had a great experience the other night at th Ramadan Special Iftar Buffet hosted by Jerusalem Mediterranean Restaurant. The buffet began promptly at sundaown and there were just so many dishes to try! Highlighting the meal was the whole roasted lamb, and the Koshari. Delicious! The lamb was a tender slow-roasted perfection, where even the lamb belly was a melty collagen experience. Like a good pot-roast, but better and with lamb. The Koshari was something I had never tried and was a flavorful spicy mix of rice, macaroni eggplant and spices. I can imagine it to be a good comfort food. My wife raved about the Roasted Eggplant with Walnut and enjoyed the chicken soup, and fried tilapia. The Chocolate Baklava and Om Ali were a sweet ending to the meal. I like the rice pudding too! The Iftar Buffet is a good showcase try out many of their fine dishes. One of my co-workers told me he had an event catered from here as well. He had a whole roasted lamb that served his family and guests for a reasonable price. VIDEO:”

Guapo's
“It's new, it's good, it's worth visiting. [fin] Ok, jk jk, I'll write more. Let's cover food, service, and ambiance in that order. Food: Solid to very good. Of the el arriero ny steak, lomo saltado, and molcajete ... the steak and molcajete win. Sadly the lomo saltado, while quite decent, doesn't hold a candle to Super Chicken in Tysons. Ok but here's the important bit: THE CHIPS. The chips are great. Not only are they thin and crispy, they're well salted AND served with both WARM and COLD salsas. I never thought anyone would do as well as Uncle Julios for chips, but ... well, Guapos does. Service: Ironically we've been twice and we had the same server both times. And she was excellent. Super friendly, quick with requests, and checked in frequently. Not only that, they clearly operate as a team and several folks came by during the meal to ensure drinks were filled, napkins were in order ... and shockingly, as we were wrapping up, someone wiped the crumbs off the table. I mean that's a white-tablecloth steakhouse thing... right? Apparently it's a Guapos thing too. Ambiance: Fun to hip. The first time we were there was opening week and the live band was both entertaining and, uh, loud. Look, we're fogies, we complain about this err ... stuff. The second time we went it was much quieter and we were able to enjoy our meals AND our conversation. The decor is pretty great, the table arrangement spacious, and the place was packed, nevertheless. I'll close out with parking. It's a big lot, and it gets crowded ... but we found spots nevertheless on a busy night. Looking for Mexican? Yeah, I'd go here again. No arm-twisting required.”
“Just as excellent as we remember from 7+ years ago when we visited their Vienna location.Dietary restrictions: We didn't ask, but the dishes we had were not dairy free. I'm sensitive to dairy, but suffer the consequences every once and a while. I didn't ask for dairy free, so I cannot comment on their willingness to accommodate.Parking: It's a small lot. We went at 6 pm on a Saturday in the winter. I'll bet parking is tougher when the other venues (bar/brewery) have summer/outside crowds.Kid-friendliness: The whole restaurant has a family friendly vibe. Yes there is a bar that is visible, but we were in there the same time that there was a table of 12-ish people who came in with 3-5 kids and it seemed like the kids had no problem figuring out what to eat.Wheelchair accessibility: The establishment was at the parking lot level. There was no curb to hop or bollards to navigate. I cannot 100% comment on accessibility, but there is a sidewalk that existed on the whole path from the right side of the parking spots to all venues on the block.”
“This is hands-down the best sushi ever. Their fish is fresh and tastes different (in a good way) than anywhere else. The service is always very thoughtful in where they seat you, when they bring out the food, and asking you what you'd like. Above and beyond. The atmosphere, is very peaceful and relaxing. A fantastic place for lunch or dinner. I wouldn't label this place as a "nice" restaurant, it's definitely more "mom and pop", but that's not at all a bad thing, it's just not flashy, certainly no flaming cocktails or waiters in suits. Again, not at all a bad thing”
“We were pleasantly surprised with this place - good food, great drinks, wonderful service - what’s not to like! The food came out fast (in a very full restaurant on a Friday night, mind you!) and it was good. Unlike some other Mexican restaurants we’ve been to, the house margarita in this place is a very good one, not watered down and had a good bit of tequila in it - so if you want to relax with family or friends after work one night, this is the place to be, we certainly enjoyed it!”

The Falls
“We had an amazing iftar buffet and it was amazing the food the service and the environment. I recommend any one who want to have a good family time namak is the spot.”

Sfizi Cafe
“I ordered take out from Raaga's for a small gathering (11) and everything was 100% delicious. I ordered across the menu. From the naan, to lamb Rohan Josh, mixed grill tandoori, salmon kabob, palak paneer, butter and tikka masala chicken, goat curry, Chana masala, raita, and two chutneys (spicy was wow! And the sweet) and I'm sure I am missing a couple items... The staff worked with me to figure out how much to order, they packed the food perfectly. I would choose Raaga over all the Indian restaurants on Wilson blvd. Of note Their lunch buffet looks very good as well.”
“This place is like family. My go to for delicious Viet-Cajun crawfish. The owners are super friendly and welcoming to the point where I can place an order via text message and pick it up the next day. Love this place ❤️”
“One of the few of last of the original great bar/ restaurants that has survived in Falls Church for at least 40-50 years. Maybe the oldest still around since there is no more Ben tleys or Brinkleys.”
“My daughter wants Chasin Tails every year on her birthday. It’s her thing! We were so sad to see the Centreville location closed, so we decided to try the Falls Church location. Wow! It’s so nice and clean, modern but still cozy. The food was awesome. One thing that stood out as being extra exceptional was the service. Our server Madeline (sp?) was so warm and positive. She made us feel like VIP guests, surprised my daughter with a birthday dessert (beignets, yummm!) and a hand written birthday card with a gift.I almost never leave reviews, but this one was extra important. I hope the team at Chasin Tails knows how lucky they are to have Madeline represent them. She is a gem. Thank you!!!”
“Casual no frills Churrasqueria in a strip mall. Attentive quick and very friendly service. Good selection of wines by the glass and smoothies made of fresh fruits. We ordered the special platters: short ribs, steak, Argentine sausages are delicious; the unusual blood pudding, and liver stuffed intestine are tasty if you are feeling adventurous. The chicken and pork chops are marinated well but a bit on the dry side.$84 appears pricy but fed us, two hungry adults and one starving kid with the pork and chicken remaining.”
“Heard great things about this place from a few friends in the area. I absolutely loved the pizza and wings. Stop by and try them out; will be back next time I'm in town!!”
“The beautiful Instagram worthy pictures were taken inside the room that had the Iftar buffet. The indoor seating was very limited. You definitely have to make a reservation and have paid before coming to join the buffet. We were a party of four and paid about $175 for the buffet. The food was delicious and mouthwatering, but a little bit expensive for a buffet in a room if you ask me. The lamb & basmati rice was yummy. Seasoned perfectly & lamb was tender & mouthwatering. Rice pudding was tasty & sweet. Omg their stroganoff was delicious and to die for. Their salad was fresh & yummy. Really the whole iftar buffet was great. The service was OK, the young lady would help seat everyone. So make sure you reserve early and paid in advance and arrive early if attending the Iftar buffet.”
“I've been going to Haandi at least once a week for several years now. They do a great job with everything from matar paneer and saag murgh to baingan bharta and more complicated entrees. It's the only restaurant where everyone in our family has a favorite dish they're thrilled to eat. When we have friends in from out of town, we almost always get Haandi, too, because the food is so reliable--and the takeout portions are enormous. The staff is friendly and knows us by name. It's a pleasure to eat at Haandi.”
“First of all, I did pickup and I live just 15 minutes away. I did -not- make it inside before trying it. It smelled THAT good. Crust? Incredible. Price? Reasonable. TOMATO SAUCE?? Seriously, the best I've had outside of Duccini's in DC. It tastes like it belongs on a big slice, without the commitment of the big slice. 2 Mediums was more than enough for us but they have the large ones if you're looking for it! Also the staff was super nice and personable right off the bat. I'm so glad I got to try this place before I move away. I'll definitely be coming back. If you're at one of the lounges nearby, it would be a great place to stop in. The interior was really cute too, though a little small if it's busy. I neeeeed to try the lasagna everyone else is talking about.”
“Great food and service! This is a hidden gem. Not a great location because there is not a great view. There is lots of parking! Tasty food and kind servers. The parriada is a great dish for a large group.”
“I was impressed by the freshness of the Injera and the vegetarian platter. The wait staff was very polite but there were not enough servers. I would have preferred If food was more tasty. The alecha had only one sliver of a carrot with the rest of it was cabbage- Usually it has potato and carrot. The lentils/yellow peas didn’t seem to have Any spice at all. My friends enjoyed the beef Tibbs. Serving of injera was plentiful. The cappuccino was very nice and we enjoyed our time there.”
“Very famous chinese restaurant. When you walk in, you will notice hundreds of pictures of famous people from past presidents to musicians. Their duck is outstanding.”
“We went for iftari with family food was delicious everything was very organized even though it was packed too much choices to pick glad we went and will go again and again !”
“Đồ ăn hải sản, Miền Trung style, nhậu rất ngon. Có karaoke ? chơi thoải mái.Unbelievably affordable price, the sizes of the King Oysters came out looked stunning. The overall dishes look and taste great. Must try!!I did not mind the small and lack of table spaces, it made this place feel more cozy, warmed, and welcoming with the additional karaoke. The open vibe is truly unique to stores commonly found across southeast Asia. I will come back with more friends.”
“It was very busy on a late Saturday afternoon, but we got there before the line started, so we were seated immediately. We had the mixed seafood fried rice and the grilled pork; they were both delicious. The service was excellent.I liked that the server brought the credit card machine to the table rather than taking my credit card to the machine at the counter.Parking: There is plenty of parking, but it can get full on weekends.”
“I’m a dim sum super fan. Trust me when I say the dim sum here is the best in the area! The staff/servers are so genuine and nice. Truly, they are so sweet. Highly recommend!”
“The food was very good. It was my first time visiting this restaurant. The food tastes homemade. The service was a little slow. Maybe with a little more organization. But I do recommend it.”
“A Taste of Home Away from HomeI recently had the pleasure of dining at Al Jazeera restaurant, and it was a delightful experience. The lamb mandi paired with beef soup was a flavorful journey that instantly transported me back to the taste of my hometown. The fast service, coupled with the friendly and attentive staff, added to the overall positive impression. Al Jazeera managed to capture the essence of my hometown ??cuisine, making it a truly memorable dining experience. If you're looking for a taste of home away from home, I highly recommend giving Al Jazera a try.”

Blue Fire
“Came down to this restaurant on a Saturday evening. Lots of seating available at the bar and around the restaurant considering this is mainly a business travel-oriented hotel. We ordered a margarita flatbread and the potato and cheese croquette. Both came out fairly quickly and were pretty good. Overall service was fast and better than other hotel restaurants where the bartenders and waiters/waitresses are nowhere to be found.”
“The food was soo good i came back again and i tryed something new and it was great im coming back again soon .the service was very good this nice to young women served me my food and she was very nice to me and gave me some suggestions for foods to eat.”
“I've been to dozens of Ethiopian restaurants in the DMV, Balagger is one of the best you will find. They serve you frosty ice cold glasses, with delicious fresh draft beer. All the beef Tips are fantastic, especially the Zil & Awaze. The fried fish is fantastic. The vibe is great, and the service is friendly and first class. The music is great, and the restaurant is extremely clean and inviting. I highly recommend Balagger, and my compliments to the owner and the chefs of this wonderful restaurant!”
“I haven’t really tried authentic Vietnamese food, so my bf and I were very lost when trying to figure out the process. They were very helpful and patient with us and helped us choose some food that was AMAZING. The pork belly is to DIE for and we got a chicken dish that was packed with flavor. I definitely recommend this place and can’t wait to come back!”
“A lot of these breweries have falken through the cracks and just do not have a good vibe. Solace has great beer, and the name mains more to me. Wines and whiskey. Live entertainment and travia games. Last night, there were so many people.”
“This is typical dim sum style with food on the carts. Excellent and delicious dim sum. The big dining room is loud and crowded but I think it makes it more festive and enjoyable. We had a table of four and sat right in the middle of the room. Only down side is if you want to order tea or off the menu, sometimes it can be hard to track down an available server.”

“Thank you Christina for the amazing customer service with caring heart! There are a few honey baked Ham companies around NOVA area, and I will go out of my area to this location for phenomenal customer service. While all the Honey Baked Ham with quality food, this location stands out more because its service!Long story short, I got off late from work and realized that I still need to get a ham for my office potluck next day. With all the last moment stress plus the crazy NOVA traffic, I thought I would fail my ham mission. Christina’s welcome and caring customer service over the phone and in-person was top of notch! Thank you again for your wonderful support! It will be many more visit to Fairfax location for my future holidays and parties!”

“Delicious food and karen is the best waitress here! Is good atmosphere here to bring your spouse to eat, at night they have dj/ kareoke on the weekend. Highly recommend ?”
“My partner and I came here to celebrate my partner passing their driver's test at the DMV down the road on a late Wednesday morning. Maybe I'm just easy to please, but Rigo took great care of us, making sure we had what we needed and that we weren't pressured at any time at all. The food was phenomenal and I can't really complain all that much. Overall, a great experience (especially as my first time at an Olive Garden) and would return.”

“Very Nice Place.I stopped there for a quick bite and all their food was nice, and I do even remember all their bakery items ( took some to go with me in the car, long commute) were so nice that you can even sense their freshness behind the glass. I will definitely go again if/whenever I am in that area again.”
“One the most amazing food I have ever tasted in my life. Food with the authentic taste of Morocco. Music and ambience is awesome. Also, a very friendly manager “Hamid” gives a great service to the customers. Highly recommended.”
“I've been to some steak restaurants but this place is pretty good and with affordable prices. I highly recommend the house margaritas, especially the mango margarita, it is delicious. It also has several types of cuts, including filet mignon and rib eye. The service is average but in general the place and the food are very good.”

“Excellent, authentic food and drinks! I've been here many times and the food, drinks and service have always been consistently amazing! I have had similar food at other places but this place tops my list. The seasoning is on point for everything. The portions are large. Love the tortilla soup and tamales (I'm picky about tamales and this hits the spot) the most but their fajitas are also great to share with a friend.I LOVE their drinks! Mango mojitos (several flavors to choose from), margaritas in several sizes and flavors, frozen drinks, draft and bottled beers and wines. The happy hour is Monday through Friday from 3:00-6:00 PM. They also offer catering and online ordering for individual and group orders or for catering. This is a solid go-to for office and private party catering! They have three locations, and I've been to all of them. That's how much I love their food and drinks. I'm never disappointed. There's also karaoke at their Alexandria Old Town location every Friday and Saturday from 10:00 PM - 2:00 AM. It's so fun!If you haven't tried this place, I encourage you to try it. It's great for groups and families. It's always happy and friendly.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian soups and options for other entreesDietary restrictions: They have gluten free and vegetarian optionsKid-friendliness: They have a kid menuWheelchair accessibility: There are a few steps to both doors”
“I’ve eaten the jerk wings at least 10 times and they’re always tender and well flavored. Took my parents there to try it and they were pleasantly surprised by the jerk chicken wings spice level. We got the oxtail and goat combo with rice and plantains, jerk wings with cabbage and rice, Jamaican beef patty, and the Roti - dry, skip it. Beef patty was good, crispy and homemade. The plantains are a popular side and sometimes will be sold out by dinner time.”
“My brother told me about this place, and I tried it out. I was pleasantly surprised I ordered the chicken with spaghetti and It was on point. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the sauce had a lot of flavor.”
“A very charming location - looks very small from the outside with only a couple tables out on a patio, but your mind will be blown once you see how homey and expansive the inside is! The waitresses were very attentive and nice from the moment we waited outside to the moment we paid and left.I got the Antonia salad without cheese and was impressed by how flavorful the vinagrette was! The strawberries perfectly complimented the slight bitterness of the arugula and spinach. The texture of the crunchy peanuts harmonized very well with the entire dish! Would highly recommend the Antonia salad for a healthy and enjoyable brunch meal.My friends got the rabbit hole (bread with egg and ham inside) and the Tartine Au Salmon. They also thoroughly enjoyed the presentation and taste of their food :)”
“Nothing beats Full Kee. There are so many great options, whether you're taking leftovers home or eating in a large group. I've been a little disappointed by my usual childhood restaurants lately, but the flavor is consistently right here. Very solid gem of a restaurant that surely will see many more years. The staff is great--they've known me since I was a speck holding my dad's hand. Pick the right dishes, and this restaurant is sure to shine.”
“To celebrate our 5th anniversary, my Asian wife and I decided to indulge in authentic Asian cuisine at a highly recommended restaurant. For starters, we savored the Crab Meat Asparagus Soup, which left us impressed with its delightful flavors. Moving on to the Fried Lobster, my wife enjoyed it immensely while I savored a cautious bite due to its high cholesterol content. Additionally, the Squid with Sea Salt was a standout dish, perfectly seasoned and thoroughly enjoyable. Overall, our experience was outstanding, leaving us with nothing but praise for the delicious offerings.”
“Hosted a family friends wedding! Server helped us promptly and ensured the wedding moved at a great pace, crucial during events. Food was hot and delicious, refills were prompt, and preparation was clean. Would come even when not attending an event!”

Uptown Cafe
“10/18/23 I have been here only two times. The first time I believe the salad bar section was in the process of being set up for lunch. This time, I had the feeling this restaurant doesn't get enough business to do the salad bar anymore. Still, upon entering the restuarant/cafe, the ambience felt warm and friendly. There is a great number of items to order from the menu. Today I saw two staff members waiting by the register. I got the idea they hadn't gotten much business for a while. Nevertheless, I think tomorrow I will order something from this place. The staff seem friendlier than the other place. I think this will be my got to place instead of Bistro In The Park.”

“I had a little problem with my order, called and girl named Dorsal( I hope I spelling it right ) answered .was very helpful and extremely nice. Thank you girl you made my day !”
“I think this is the best Moby Sick location I've ever visited, spacious, clean, pleasant atmosphere. The taste remains impecable, true to the brand and the staff is friendly enough. Really pleased with this place and will be sure to return in the future when I'm in the area.”
“Great service from the solo bartender on Sunday night. He was awesome and kept the drinks flowing. Great hole in the wall bar with decent bar food, too. I had the chicken tenders and fries to help soak up some alcohol. Fries were great, and the tenders were great and hit the spot perfectly. Restrooms were relatively clean for a dive bar! Definitely will be back for more green tea shots! Jake n kev”

“Pretty good authentic Vietnamese food and relatively cheap compared to other places I’ve been to around the DMW area.4 stars for 4 reasons1. The pork dish was awesome! Pork is super flavorful and delicious! The rice that comes with fried eggs really put the icing on cake! The chicken fried rice was decent but not the best I’ve had, it could use more flavor. I always get a bowl of pho broth in the side to dip fried rice into it.2. The price is good and the portion they give you is worth the money, bang for your buck!3. The ambiance and decor is nice.4. The food came out super quick and fast!Minus 1 star because service was below average! Don’t come by at all to see how we’re doing and we still tipped them. What can you expect it’s a Vietnamese restaurant! In my experience they don’t really provide good service in general.”

“I will say this is biased bc the one in Orlando is amazing! But I didn't fully enjoy my hotpot base and the appetizer bar was limited but still tasty. You truly can't go wrong with kpot though and we still enjoyed our food. I got a taro boba to go and was hoping for regular boba but instead received lychee jelly at the bottom. Not a big deal but would have loved to have the choice.”

“We got our food to go since the place is on the small side but the food did not disappoint. The sopes were delicious and the torta chingona was amazing. The torta can definitely Can be shared with another person since it’s on the big side (I think it was obvious from the name) I’ll definitely return!”

“Came to Chilcano's for the first time with my family this weekend and had an amazing experience. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the food was expectacular. “Pretty good. It was extremely crowded but granted it was iftar, it's understandable. The food options were vast and the cost very reasonable. I will be returning!”

“We visited this location for the first time today, everything was amazing!! We loved the omurice and curry ramen. Service was exquisite as well and the general manager Fon was amazing and really made our visit worth while. Definitely will be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone!!”
