I used to work there, and it was my office, when I worked from home. But, after using different local cafes in Montreal, I am no linger fan of Panera. But, it was one of my few options to work outside, when I visited my family here.

Clean, cozy, cute, and very relaxing Panera Bread Cafe in the heart ❤️ of The Little City of Falls Church! The ambiance, decor, seating, soft music, and delicious food offerings make Panera Bread absolutely divine. Very kind, hardworking employees work here, they are so nice! My Margherita Flatbread Pizza was wonderful, Panera Bread is a gem of a cafe that I truly enjoy and love! This is a popular location that is loved by many loyal Panera fans.

The manager of this Panera ruined my breakfast by refusing to take my $50 bill. She marked it with a pen, the ink turned gold, and she rejected it and said “it’s not supposed to turn that color.” It turns out, it IS supposed to turn that color! I took the bill to a local bank and they told me the bill was authentic. If the ink turns black, that means it’s counterfeit.

The turkey sandwich had only 2 sices of turkey for a $6 sandwich. Wow, what a bad deal. The photo shows a lot more meat on sandwiches.

I pick up my food….. they have parking problem….. my food is ready to back shelf, so i ask the lady wear black dress can i get food…. She doesn’t help me , she is very rude , even after 2/3 minutes she doesn’t help…… this is really bad customer
We come here on a weekly basis. The food is fresh and healthy, good value for the price. I am an environmentalist and try to do what I can to limit the impact on the environment. I love the Panera store where we stopped on the way during our trip this summer in Pennsylvania where real silverware was provided. I really hope this can be implemented by all the Panera stores!!
