I pre-ordered online for in-store pickup the day before Thanksgiving at 10:00 am. Parking was available. I had my QR code ready when I walked in. The staff was all polite. Security even opened the doors for customers. I was in and out in less than five minutes. I ordered one smoked turkey breast and one roasted turkey breast. The total came to about $90.00. Their sandwiches are so good. Agreed that the front end folks sometimes don't quite get it right, but the manager, Timothy is so understanding and ready to make things right if that happens. I hope you give them a chance because I would hate to see them go away.
