The best Burger King to make a stop at late at night. They even know my order and offer me barbecue sauce on my Whopper. The quality of the food is better than the other Burger King's too. I always appreciate the effort from the graveyard crew!

My friend and I recently bought two chocolate milkshakes at the 740 Warrenton road, Fredericksburg Virginia Burger King (BK) location and discovered gross foreign objects in our shakes. When we returned to the store, the Manager on duty, named "Marcus" was rude and twice could not/would not give us the correct phone number to the franchise owner. Additionally, none of the staff were wearing gloves or hair nets while handling and preparing food. As we were getting ready to leave the restaurant and call the local health department, we noticed "Marcus" starting to clean the shake machine. Never again will be patronize this place and do not recommend others do so and if you do, do so at your own risk. This facility is unclean, poorly managed and unhealthy. Two thumbs down!

Stopped at BK on our way to Kings Dominion with our family. He had dine in, and it was a great experience. Everyone was very friendly with great customer service. After ordering, they even brought our food to our table. My sister said it was the best service she'd had in years from a fast food restaurant. I visit this restaurant a few times a month and always have wonderful service & food! Great job, and Thank you!!!

I've been coming here on the occasion I'm yearning for a Whopper for a few years now... I don't come often though, about once every 6 months and I always enjoy my visit. The restaurant's dining room is always clean and really nicely decorated, especially during the holiday season.The service is always mediocre at best... they hire young teens who don't seem to be too enthused and they always act as if I'm bugging them when I place an order... as bad as that might be, I don't let it discourage me, because the food is decent.

I asked the manager for assistance because I had received a meal from a different location the day prior, and was having difficulty completing the survey on the back of the receipt because the store information was not printed.She was either condescending or intellectually challenged, it's difficult to determine which. I clearly told her I was trying to complete the survey so as to redeem my free burger, but the store information which is required for the survey was missing from the receipt. I then handed her the receipt.However, it wasn't even that easy because she kept interrupting me. She was trying to tell me How to do the survey while I was trying to explain to her about the missing information. I knew how to complete the survey! She just wouldn't listen.. If she was a decent representative of the corporation, she also would have honored the coupon in spite of it not being from her store! Now, here's my response to surveying her store!If ignore- ance comes in all kinds of packages!

This place has gone downhill. They screwed up three out of my last four orders. I have a very simple order. It is an impossible whopper with cheese and ketchup only. The first time they loaded everything on it and I didn't notice until I got home. The second time I didn't notice and had to go back through the drive-through for them to correct it because once again, they put everything on it. The third time, I just looked at the burger to see if it was bigger than my regular burger, which means that it was fully loaded and it was not so I went home. When I got home, instead of my "just ketchup", I had just mustard.This is three orders that I had to throw away.

How do you not put the bacon on the BACON king? I hope you shut down your service is terrible and it wasn’t even busy now I see why.
Burger king is actually pretty good and not too bad. The teenagers at thos one we're pretty bad though. Watched the dude reach in the ice box and pull out ice with his bare hand to fill the cups. Not too good, pretty bad. Could have gotten all of his dirt and grime into the ice.. well that was ok, the food was pretty good. The service was pretty BAD. Guy on the microphone was not too good. OkBye

Ordered a chicken sandwich and when I get home to bite into it’s hard and taste like it’s been under a heat lamp for hours. On top of the chicken didn’t even fill up the bun. Absolutely unable to eat. Go to leave a review and realize I didn’t get a recipe so I could complain or return it.

Miss the quality Burger King is known for. Plus they are always out of milkshakes. However, my husband has a swallowing problem and chooses the Whopper Jr with cheese over any other food chain.

Went to the drive through at 6:30am waited 10 minutes nobody ask to take my order but the automatic voice ask the regular stuff. Walked in ask if they was anybody on the drive through and they said they wasn't open. Been there many times in the morning never had a problem at the drive through. Don't know why it happen today hopefully they'll get it right.

This location can NEVER seem to open on time. I try to stop for breakfast multiple times a week and they aren't open yet. If they aren't going to open at posted time then they should change it
