“Had dinner and drinks at the Fredericksburg location Adriana, Jayla, and Taylor the bartenders were so awesome. Such a great vibe had dinner at Firebirds the night before totally underwhelming the bartenders at Park Lane worked in unison and absolutely friendly and engaging with the customers. Those three should actually own the bar. I will definitely be back next time. I travel to Fredericksburg.“

“I ordered online and there was a certain ingredient they were out of, so they asked me about a customization to make sure the concrete would be ok for me <3 after a really long day it just made me happy to have them do the little extra mile for me when they could have just cancelled the order to not deal with it. “While in the area and needing to waste a little time I stopped in for a Blizzard. It’s been many many years since I’ve had a Blizzard, so I was happy to get one again. The young make working the register, Chris was very helpful. I asked what the smallest size was and he showed me the cup. He was friendly too, even thanking me for my business when I left.
The Blizzard was made quickly and I sat in their to eat it. The dining room was clean and very orderly. I even visited the restroom while there and was surprised to see if so clean.

“When I lived in Fredericksburg, I loved Clean Eatz. Whenever I visit, I make it a point to stop by and pick up some premade meals. It’s just as amazing as I remember! The customer service is outstanding, and the food is just as good as ever. I only wish we had one in Myrtle. Highly recommend“

“This ihop location is excellent. The location was clean and we were greeted with a pleasant smile. Our server, David, provided excellent service. He was personable, friendly, attentive to our needs, funny, detail oriented and knowledgeable of the menu.“

“I visited this location a few weeks ago. It was clean, and the food was delicious. My only issue was with the service. I had placed an online order and gave my name at the counter. A short woman with an undercut and black hair was very rude, telling me something about “doing white tickets first” and implying that, since I was a DoorDasher, I had to wait.

A younger woman with ginger hair and eyeliner quickly corrected her, explaining it was a call-in order, and the older woman never apologized and stormed off. The younger employee then made my food, handed it to me with a smile, and later approached me in the lobby to sincerely apologize, saying that’s not how they conduct business. I learned she was just 16 and at her first job, and I respect this location for hiring younger workers—my first job was also in fast food.

The older employee’s behavior was inappropriate and should be addressed, but otherwise, I had no issues and would return.“

“Friendly associates and the establishment was very clean. Great customer service. Can't say this about the new store in Glen Allen, VA. We approached the register and we said hello first mind you. The guy didn't say anything to us. Fifteen employees there laughing and carrying on. So unprofessional. Place was dirty also.“

“It's hard to beat the value for money Cook Out offers. The food is great for the prices and you get plenty of options. As far as I can tell, they make your food when you order it so you're not getting garbage that's been sitting in a warmer for unknown intervals.

I've eaten here for years and never once had a bad experience.“

“Just sharing this review in response to Kerry Adkins' post. I was there, right behind her and her husband when she became absolutely irate. It was quite comical at first, but embarrassing to say the least. She was yelling about this event she had to be at and that she paid so much money for this food. It was quite the scene, and the husband was trying to keep his cool and composure. I'd say if you have an event that you have to be at for a certain time, maybe have better planning. Your poor planning is not someone else's fault. Take some accountability. I have three toddlers who have a better temperament.

Overall, I would say that while you were correct in the fact that the food did take a little longer than normal (DQ was pretty busy at dinner time) the way you portrayed yourself in public is what makes you wrong.

By the way, less than a minute after you left and forced your husband to leave for this "event" they brought out your food that you "paid so much money for." Check the photo, right beside my labeled bag that I was waiting on.“
