I wrote this original review two years ago and since then this restaurant has completely gone downhill, I'm advising it. Every time I order something the order is wrong and all the food is burned. Just go to a different location. It's worth a ten minute drive. Is the one on route three is excellent.

The breakfast wraps were MUCH to be desired....the chicken egg was a horrible conglomerate of egg and chicken that was horrible..the chorizo and egg was slightly better you could identify egg and sausage but BUT A RIP OFF FOR VALUE FOR PRICE...AWFUL !! DISAPPOINTED AT BEST..AT $11.11 FOR 2.....

This place feels like it is in a complete meltdown every time I go. Constant cussing in the back and front. Lots of disorganization, the workers seemed so stressed out and tired of being here. New management definitely needs to take over this place..

My husband & I went there for a quick bite around 9:30 in the morning (2/17/24) About 15 minutes after we receive our food we witnessed the manager on duty with blonde hair & glasses was being extremely nasty to her employees. I understand mistakes happen here & there, but the way this manager handled the situation was unprofessional & uncalled for. She shouldn’t be scolding them out in the open where customers can hear & see them. Instead, she needs to pull them aside in private with a gentle approach if there are errors. Please remain calm & treat your employees with respect!

I go here often before work, maybe too often. However, the staff is always so so kind and friendly. Drinks are always made well and given out in a reasonable amount of time. Even if they weren’t, the staff is so patient and kind that it would make up for it.

I go to This location a few times a week and always have a good experience. Today was absolutely awful and I will never return. I was the only one in the drive trough line. I sat at the order board for about 5 minutes before some young man who was probably stoned said I will be with you in a little while. About 3 minutes later, he came back and I ordered. I then drove up to pay, and there was no one in sight not a single human being. I waited there for about three more minutes honked and said hello with no prevail so I left without my order. Absolutely pathetic!

I went into the store yesterday Saturday 11/5/23 around 10am to pick up a tea and donuts for my family. What I witnessed occur while I was there was absolute disgusting abuse of authority. The shift managers behavior to the employees that were working was uncalled for and disturbing. Do better Dunkin’!
Use to go to this one all the time but recently one of the ladies that works in the mornings has been unbelievably rude. We had gone in one morning and this lady was there, when I asked for one of their signature Lattes she was kinda of nasty about it and gave me it without the toppings, I asked if the whipped cream and toppings can please be on it but she got upset and said that I had to specifically say that it was the signature latte to get the whipped cream and stuff. I apologized and asked if I could still have it added but she told me she would charge me. I said that was fine and she rolled her eyes and put the smallest amount of whipped cream on it and nothing else and shoved the drink back at me. This morning I needed to get something on my way to work and this Dunkin was the closest place to me. I asked for a unsweetened tea but the girl over the speaker said sweet tea and when I tried to clarify that I wanted a unsweetened tea she got snippy and was condescending. It sounded like she was having a rough morning but when I got to the window it was the same lady from before and she was nasty and shoved my drinks and food through the window and didn't say so much as a word. Most of the other employees there are kind but this one lady is not at all present to interact with and honestly I dread going there just due to the thought she might be the one to take my order or hand me my food. I working in fast food before and I know it is rough but you don't treat people that way.

Went through the drive thru and ordered 4 donuts and two medium sweet teas and when we got to the window they only had one tea and said we didn't order the other sweet tea which we did and they need to repeat the order back to us. Get workers that speak English and have common sense.

First visit to this Dunkin but it was nice enough. Clean. Pic is of one of my favorite items - avocado toast. No - they don't serve half orders but I had already eaten half before I thought to take a pic! Employees were friendly. Only saw a couple of people come inside but the drive thru seemed to be doing a steady business. Get the app to take advantage of all of the specials.

One of the worst Dunkin's in Fredericksburg. They don't know how to follow an order and will mess up your coffee...that's if they even get around to taking your order in the first place, head down route 1 until you hit the KFC and there's a much better location that actually knows how to make coffee.
