My husband & I went there for a quick bite around 9:30 in the morning (2/17/24) About 15 minutes after we receive our food we witnessed the manager on duty with blonde hair & glasses was being extremely nasty to her employees. I understand mistakes happen here & there, but the way this manager handled the situation was unprofessional & uncalled for. She shouldn’t be scolding them out in the open where customers can hear & see them. Instead, she needs to pull them aside in private...read full review

I go here often before work, maybe too often. However, the staff is always so so kind and friendly. Drinks are always made well and given out in a reasonable amount of time. Even if they weren’t, the staff is so patient and kind that it would make up for it.

First visit to this Dunkin but it was nice enough. Clean. Pic is of one of my favorite items - avocado toast. No - they don't serve half orders but I had already eaten half before I thought to take a pic! Employees were friendly. Only saw a couple of people come inside but the drive thru seemed to be doing a steady business. Get the app to take advantage of all of the specials.
