Ordered food from here. 2 cheeseburgers and 2 10 piece nuggets. They had to cook the nuggets for one of the 10 pieces. They told us to park and they would bring em out. 15 mins later we still hadn’t received our food. I went in and told them what I was waiting on. The manager came out and asked who parked us and I told her the person on drive thru and she yelled at me that they weren’t parking people and that I was wrong. This is extremely rude and not customer service. She needed to apologize and ask how she could have helped me. If she was a good manager she would said oh I’m sorry I’ll get those for you right away. Not yell at me cause she clearly knew nothing her people were doing. Utterly unprofessional and terrible.

the person that took our order was talking low & putting no effort into into taking the order. the person that gave us our food did it with laziness. i went into the McDonald’s to get another sauce, i asked the girl behind the counter for sauce she then stared at me in my face& yelled at her coworker with a attitude to give me sauce, i had to ask her twice. i don’t know if she had the attitude with me or what. there is no need for us receiving this type of service. although the food was fresh & good & we got everything we ordered.

When I arrived to the drive thru i ordered two sausage egg and cheese McGriddle and ended up with bacon egg and cheese McGriddle I returned to the store at 10:37 after realizing the mistake at and the manager was very rude and un accommodating I asked if she could remake my sandwich’s the correct way and expressed that since it was after breakfast she couldn’t and when I asked for a refund she was very rude about it. She also wasn’t accommodating to the other customers asking for a refund because of his wait time , who ever the breakfast made today 12/21 needs to reevaluate her customer service skills .

Swung by McDonald's to satisfy a late night craving. I decided to go inside instead of the drive through. I ordered on the kiosk, my cheeseburgers and fries were delivered to me quickly, with a smile and cooked to perfection.
