Food was great. The pizza, extra pepperoni (and there were a lot of pepperoni), was really good. I couldn't even finish a small. Finished it the next day, though. Wife had the meatball sub and same thing. Very good and plenty left over for tomorrow's lunch.

Pleasantly surprised by this little spot! Tried a pizza with white sauce and a garden salad. Salad was fresh, pizza was great, and the garlic bread was really nice! The pizza sauce was a little hard to detect but overall a great dinner. Happy to make this a regular spot!

This little Italian place is more than a cute pizza shop. They go out of their way to make everyone smile and help. I am a vegetarian and unfortunately in this area of Fredericksburg Va most restaurants don't offer much and they most certainly don't want to cater to requests. This place was different. For example they had a special that offered a family dinner that included Chicken Alfredo but obviously that wouldn't work. So I called and asked if they would make me a baked ziti with Marinara sauce. They absolutely did. And it was fantastic. Thank you for making my experience wonderful and not just saying no. The restaurant was clean and vibrant.Vegetarian options: Baked ziti, salads, breads

We came off I95 looking for dinner. They don't sell single slices so we ordered a Calzone at the counter instead. There were no tables cleaned off so we couldn't sit to wait. As we looked around we realized how disgustingly filthy the whole place was. It seemed like there was no a/c so they had fans blowing the dirt around. My husband saw a roach on the counter. We canceled our order and walked out.

Went in around 5:30-6 pm on 07/11/23. 2 stars for the man that greeted us in a gray shirt and took our order. He was the only good thing about our experience. Ordered garlic knots, thin and crispy large Hawaiian pizza with black olives added, and zeppole. Restaurant had zero atmosphere. During our time waiting and eating there was 2 DD orders, 1 takeout from an individual, and 1 other couple who was ordering when we were leaving. With an open kitchen and large windows the dining area was very warm, but with a toddler we decided to eat in. It’s not the employees fault it was warm and I hope the restaurant has some air in the back for them. What was the 6 employees fault: There was mold on the ceiling vent we saw when we got ready to leave, there was food under every table on one side of the restaurant, there was an open bottle drink sitting by the hand sanitizer right as you walk in on a table, the cutlery area we saw as we were leaving and it was dirty, the trash area had a good sized stack of dirty silver serving trays with flies on them that they hadn’t bothered gathering, there was no TV on, no music on, and all of our food was….less then desired. All of our food tasted like it was made from old dough. I don’t know if they make from scratch here or buy frozen but either way it was very old. The garlic knots were burnt on the outside and had the nasties texture inside, the pizza was the literal texture of damp cardboard and tasted just as bad, the sauce, pineapple, and olives tasted like they were from a can. The ham was questionable in actually being ham. Nothing stuck to the pizza at all and when picked up, even once cooled, slid right off. I don’t think the cooked it nearly long enough. The zeppole also had an old flavor and were very hard. The raspberry sauce they came with was good though. It tasted like jelly donut filling. The parm cheese the knots came out with, and the packets of parm on the table, had a super odd consistency and no flavor. Why didn’t I go talk to a manager? Because the women I believe was the manager in a red Hawaiian shirt was complaining about being there from the moment we walked in to quite a ways into our meal. She was not complimentary to the restaurant or the fact that she was there to say the least. It was absolutely not someone I wanted to have to talk to. The BOH staff were cleaning basically the entire time we were there and the man who dropped out food was polite, but at no point, even sitting two tables from the counter, we’re we asked how it was. We weren’t even told have a good day when we left. I would never come here again.

Based on mixed reviews I went in skeptical, but ended up pleasantly surprised. Paulie's thin (pep, garlic, and extra cheese) was pretty good but thin crust was standard mass produced brand much like Pizza Hut was a 8/10, but the original Philly with peppers and mushrooms was 11/10 and on par with Gino's in Philly. Will gladly come back for the subs until shown a reason not to.
