Love this place, staff are always friendly and the portions are perfect. Honey Walnut Shrimp, totally worth the extra cost!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options are essentially non-existent here, especially if you consider the risk for cross contamination.Parking: Parking is available in front of the building and to the side. Parking is shared with other businesses. Slightly further away behind there's a very large parking lot that never fills up.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible but does not have automatic doors or push button openers

I recently went to the location in the Central Park area in Fredericksburg VA for a meal with my family of 4. I was so disappointed in the service as the Mgr Jinx lied about a price quote she gave to me, she then apologized but then the cashier had a problem with me calling out her mgr and had an attitude. In these days and times Integrity means everything and the upper management needs to realize this. I have been in a Restaurant MGMT position for years so I know how things should be done. I would like to speak to Corporate concerning this matter.
Good food, make sure you are getting all your food. The lady behind the counter didn't really listen to me and I almost didn't get one of my entrees because of them not listening to me that I paid

It’s a very crowded location. Surprisingly food is not good. Portion not generous at all. Teriyaki chicken not cut, unlike other panda’s. A lot of servers. One did put rice in your container and then took back out some. Ridiculous. One other server is very condescending. In general most girls there are quite rude. The fried rice Is so salty that it’s unhealthy and not edible.I definitely will not return.

Ordered delivery tonight from here and noticed something odd when chewing a piece of orange chicken. Spit it out and this is what was in my orange chicken. Definitely not eating Panda Express again. Called to speak to a manager was told to hold then that no manager was in the building. Was given a district manager’s number who I called and his reaction was to laugh and find humor in this situation. You sir shouldn’t be a manager because it was rude as hell to laugh at a situation like this.

I'm on a 95% protein type of diet. 5% carbs. I requested that they separate the rice from the chicken. I did get a bowl, but this puts things in perspective. The amount of chicken they give versus the rice. Why can't it be the other way around? That's because you're to be filled up on the rice. I've never been a big fan of Panda Express. I'm just not impressed with it. It's mediocre food at best. But I had no choice but they either sit in the 4-hour line at Chick-fil-A, or eat here.

I love how they redid the place. The food is amazing. Reminds of the Panda Express I always went to back in California. The employees are all so friendly. We go there about 2-4 times a month. It’s our weekend thing…..
