this place is very unprofessional I come here after my days off work sometimes and every time I come the employees are very rude. the business doesn’t seem well ran and like they care about how their customers are treated. Every time I get food/smoothie from here it tastes weird. Definitely will not be coming back and hope nobody else does either.

This is absolutely the worst tropical smoothie I have ever went to. The employees are very unprofessional and act like little children. I was there yesterday with my boyfriend and the girl working the front desk was very unprofessional and loud and Obnoxious my boyfriend paid in a big bill and she decided to walk around the whole kitchen waving his money around asking for a pen.. while we are just sitting here waiting for our food she decided to stick her nose in the blender my boyfriends smoothie was being made in and ask “ what flavor is this” so I assume she sticks her dirty nose in peoples drinks Quite often. That is absolutely disgusting and very unsanitary. I do not recommend ever going to this location.

Right off the bat walking in not greeted, one girl was making smoothies while a group of employees were talking in the back area. Maybe two minutes of standing at the register another girl walks up while talking to another employee about how bored she was and how there’s nothing to do then turns around and stares at me. To which I asked if she was ready to take my order. She then Takes my order and while the other girl starts making my smoothie the cashier girl has one of the guys help her clip up her hair in the front area next to where the smoothies were being made. very unprofessional.

Firstly I'd as I walked in the door, I was not greeted. The staff had their back turned towards me and was involved in conversation instead of worrying about who's waiting to order.I finally got my order taken by an impersonal cashier.When I got home I took one bite of my wrap and the lettuce tasted horrible. I opened it up to find wilted, brown and mushy romaine. I've had this wrap several other times and know how it tastes. My lettuce is never sour and is always crisp.I tried calling the store to get my issue across and no one answered, just a voice-mail stating that the answering machine was full.I won't be back.I'd like a full refund if possible. If not that's ok too as I won't be spending my money at this location anymore.

Not my fortay. I asked if I can redeem the free drink before purchasing I was misinformed. Very expensive, great atmosphere and awesome crew tho. My first time at this location taste wish my said one star.

I will NEVER go to the Central Park Tropical Smoothie AGAIN. I not only got my food thrown at me after it sitting for 20 minutes of it sitting there after I walked in and told them my name but those kids are rude as F*ck. Mr. Hasan if you still own/manage this one you might want to tell those girls to watch their damn attitude and learn how to treat people. This is an absolute disaster of a flat bread and will be going home to go in the trash. This is disgusting & so is the way they treated me and the couple infront of me.
