“Stopped here with the wife and kids on the way to Skyline Drive. There's a review further down from a 75 year old saying it might be the best burger of his life and he's not lying. It really was that good.The line of cars around the building and the full parking lot should have been an indicator of how good the food would be. I had Cavern Burger with cheese and it was great. It was so good I kept telling my wife how good it was and trying to have her taste it. Not exaggerating in the slightest, it was one of the best burgers I've ever had in my life. If I didn't live 500 miles away I'd be back soon.Parking: It's a little tight. It would be plenty if the restaurant wasn't so popular.”

“Incredible food and friendly service! I had the puttanesca, which was the perfect mix of salty and spicy. The gorgonzola gnocchi and cacio e pepe were flavorful and delicious. The stuffed mushrooms were also terrific. Our party of 8 was thoroughly satisfied. Highly recommended!”

“A friend and I drove from Winchester for breakfast and it was definitely worth the trip!! It was so busy when we arrived, we got the last table! I have a baby in a car seat and the staff were so thoughtful in trying to get us the best table to fit the baby. Our server was a sweet older lady. She was so friendly and attentive and something about her made you feel like you were at grandmas house! I got an omelette and I thought it was great. No big to-do just a normal omelette and I loved it. My friend got the French toast meal and it looks delicious, she said it was great! The prices were very reasonable and the place was cute! I will be back and I recommend others try it!”

“The crab cake super platter is "disturbingly good"!The meal started with a side order of hushpuppies and melted butter. One can tell immediately they were hand made on the spot and fried to perfection.Next came the platter...The very large shrimp were fried to a perfect light brown in color. Butter and sauce are available.The crab cake is something to write home about. Seriously, there are zero-point-zero fillers or binders. 100% lump crab. Buttery smooth and delicately spiced. The sides of mac & cheese and the potato salad were a nice accompaniment but stand in the shadow of the crab cake.The price may seem high, but this is no joke and worth every penny.The open kitchen and casual atmosphere are at odds with a meal that should be served on fine China.”

“My wife and I stopped in to avoid the chain restaurants. We were immediately surprised to find how clean it was and how friendly the staff was. Andy, our server was awesome and had a great personality and attitude towards helping everyone, and I mean everyone! The food was fantastic and big portions. I will go out of my way to eat here again.”

“Had the Baingan Bharta (eggplant with himalayan spices and saffron rice) for lunch with my mother and we shared vegetable pakoras and vegetable samosas. Among the best himalayan food I have ever had, nice atmosphere, very clean, and prompt service. “Cute little place. People were friendly. Beef burrito was pretty good but I didn't realize it was going to be ground beef and a touch too much sour cream. It was still a nice lunch overall.”

“On our trip to Luray Vaverns, tried this restaurant serving good nepali and Indian food. Food quality and presentation was good. Only complain is about the portion of the curries. It can be little bigger so at least two people can have it properly.”

“Great find. The food was fantastic! They had seasonal asparagus, which I had to try,good choice. Ice tea was good,not too sweet,bitter or watered down as I'm finding at a lot of placed. I ordered Birria Tacos,3 braised brisket tacos, cheese and corn tortillas, consomme, salsas. Very tasty. Also tried Pork Belly for my first time as well,good stuff.Definitely will return.”

“Thunwa is the best Thai food in town but also one of the most consistent and generous places around. It’s sort of a hole-in-the-wall that is beloved by many. The portions are amazing, very well priced, and the food is always incredible. Service is fast and consistent every time. I highly recommend supporting this small local business that knocks it out of the park every time.”
