Where to begin... walked in the door and no one was at the front. Waited for a few minutes while the person in the back was carrying on a lengthy conversation with a co-worker and not caring that I was up front, even though I was clearly in her line of sight. Not even a "sorry for making you wait" she took my order. The smoothly came out fairly fast (kudos for that). I placed an online order and arrived to an entirely closed and locked up store at 1:30pm. I was still charged for my order, and I have no way to get a refund as it just says to contact the store with any issues. The store phone just rings forever, can't even leave a message. Otherwise I had to dig to find a form to submit on the main tropical smoothie website, and now have to wait and hope that they'll give me a refund. Ordered from here with a group of nice women that helped me out after i should my drink outside the front door. They seem it and helped me without any issues and was friendly the whole time. Don't know the women with the red hair but thank you to you and your team.
